Book Jaredites

Download or read book Jaredites written by Jim Hendleman and published by . This book was released on 2013-05 with total page 489 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Jaredites: The Missing Civilization X Jim Hendleman This book covers the origin and archaeological development of selected categories of civilized elements identified as being "Jaredite" in origin. It is an attempt to elevate the Jaredite civilization into the light of day from the heretofore dark mists of history where science has forced it for the last 2,500-years. The Jaredite Civilization spanned a possible 2,530-years in length and their known achievements alone have far exceeded those of modern man's successes in many regards. In c.2500 BC, the Jaredites built a pair of concrete super highways over 2,700-miles, complete with paved exits and a secondary road network, nearly the entire length of the South American continent. Their civilization could answer the riddles of the Sphinx; the questions of who built the pyramids, and why; the mystery and likely origin of UFO's; prove whether or not George Lucas had the only ET; detail what Noah brought aboard the Ark besides three of his sons and their families and provide an answer to the question posed to Dr J. Robert Oppenheimer by a student as to whether Alamogordo's nuclear bomb in July 1945 was the first ever atomic bomb explosion in history. Many other possible but likely Jaredite achievements are incredibly fascinating and await only an honest archaeological effort to prove them. The historical facts exist; they are real and three-dimensional but to date, standard classical science has relegated them to the dustbin of history's forgotten basement closet. Satan has made a tremendous effort since mankind's beginning to keep man blinded to the true historical facts of our heritage, causing the deliberate destruction of millions of artifacts, scrolls, books and their libraries throughout the world to do so. This book is but a small effort to expose and make known a portion of mankind's previously hidden, but rightful heritage.

Book Kara apaddhati of Putumana Somay j

Download or read book Kara apaddhati of Putumana Somay j written by Venketeswara Pai and published by Springer. This book was released on 2018-03-14 with total page 450 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is an important text of the Kerala school of astronomy and mathematics, probably composed in the 16th century. In the Indian astronomical tradition, the karaṇa texts are essentially computational manuals, and they often display a high level of ingenuity in coming up with simplified algorithms for computing planetary longitudes and other related quantities. Karaṇapaddhati, however, is not a karaṇa text. Rather, it discusses the paddhati or the rationale for arriving at suitable algorithms that are needed while preparing a karaṇa text for a given epoch. Thus the work is addressed not to the almanac maker but to the manual maker. Karaṇapaddhati presents the theoretical basis for the vākya system, where the true longitudes of the planet are calculated directly by making use of certain auxiliary notions such as the khaṇḍa, maṇḍala and dhruva along with tabulated values of changes in the true longitude over certain regular intervals which are expressed in the form of vākyas or mnemonic phrases. The text also discusses the method of vallyupasaṃhāra, which is essentially a technique of continued fraction expansion for obtaining optimal approximations to the rates of motion of planets and their anomalies, involving ratios of smaller numbers. It also presents a new fast convergent series for π which is not mentioned in the earlier works of the Kerala school. As this is a unique text presenting the rationale behind the vākya system and the computational procedures used in the karaṇa texts, it would serve as a useful companion for all those interested in the history of astronomy. The authors have provided a translation of the text followed by detailed notes which explain all the computational procedures, along with their rationale, by means of diagrams and equations.

Book The Inscriptions of the Indus Civilization

Download or read book The Inscriptions of the Indus Civilization written by Rainer Hasenpflug and published by . This book was released on 2006 with total page 412 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: World Novelty! One of the biggest mysteries of world history is now solved. The deciphered texts of the ancient south Asian high culture in present-day Pakistan and India from the time between 3000 and 1700 BC are available for the first time here. All of the approximately 2000 texts are arranged and analysed so that the content is now clearly understandable for everyone. The result is the complete self-description of the Indus Civilization which is also known as the Harappa Culture and the Sindhu Sarasvati Culture. The Indus Civilization is already known as the largest and one of the most developed contemporary ancient cultures - at the same level with the then Egyptian and Mesopotamian cultures. Even in some fields, like town building, it was already known as the most progressive society in the world. Its popularity has suffered until now only from the less intimate knowledge due to its unreadable inscriptions and the lack of discovered pyramids. Many attempts of deciphering had failed in the past because of several fatally incorrect prejudices and unrealistic assumptions. It has now been discovered that the system of inscribed stamps was a highly advanced national education program of high-grade, intelligent leaders. Nothing was there by chance. Not only was a system of syllabics and pictograms discovered, but also countless logical cross references like the logical connection of the texts with the accompanying pictures, the consequently followed system of symbolic numbers, metaphors, phrases, curses, etc., as well as the Indian/Persian/Indo-European religious system and Sanskrit language, the traditional values of the society whose roots go even much further back in the past, the tribal structures, the international relationships, the social and political problems in this early time, and much more. Finally the Indus Civilization is in fact shown as the mythological Vedic age. Altogether the texts are a manifest of the high intelligence of our ancestors 5000 year

Book The Race for Hitler s X Planes

Download or read book The Race for Hitler s X Planes written by John Christopher and published by The History Press. This book was released on 2012-10-01 with total page 230 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: During World War 2, Hitler's engineers had pioneered an incredible array of futuristic secret weapons, from the Me 262, the first operational jet fighter, to the deadly V2 inter continental ballistic missile. With the Third Reich shattered and lying in ruins, in the summer of 1945, the Allies launched a frantic race to grab what they saw as the justifiable spoils of war. The Americans and Russians in particular were anxious to secure not only the aircraft and the research and production facilities, but also the key German scientists and engineers. This Nazi technology would define the balance of power in the phoney peace of the Cold War era, launching an arms race that shaped our modern world for decades to come. But what of Britain's role in this supermarket sweep? The Race for Hitler's X-Planes tells the untold story of the British mission to Germany.
