This is referred to as interpersonal communication.Networks serve various purposes in organizations and which can used to regulate behaviour, promote innovation, integrate activities and inform and instruct group members. Network also differ in the extent to which who are centralized or decentralized. In centralized networks, all communications pass through a central point or points, so that each member of the network communicates with only a small number of others.Traditional organizational hierarchies, where subordinates communicate to their boss who are centralized networks and all units must communicate with a central headquarter, which then simultaneously coordinates all the units. In decentralized networks, many people or units can communicate with many others.
