Book New Creation Eschatology and the Land

Download or read book New Creation Eschatology and the Land written by Steven L. James and published by Wipf and Stock Publishers. This book was released on 2017-09-27 with total page 182 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: What will the final state of the redeemed look like? Throughout the history of the church, conceptions of the final state have tended to minimize the promise of the new heavens and new earth. In contrast to the historical dominance of spiritual, heavenly, non-temporal conceptions of the final state, the last two decades have witnessed a rise in conceptions that include the redemption of material, earthly, and temporal reality. These “new creation” conceptions have included proposals regarding the fulfillment of Old Testament land promises. In New Creation Eschatology and the Land, Steven L. James argues that in recent new creation conceptions of the final state there is a logical inconsistency between the use of Old Testament texts to inform a renewed earth and the exclusion of the territory of Israel from that renewed earth. By examining a select group of new creationists, James shows that the exclusion of the territorial restoration of Israel in a new creation conception fails to appreciate the role of the particular territory in Old Testament prophetic texts and results in an inconsistent new creationism.

Book God Particle Formation From Dark Energy And Human Being From This God Particle

Download or read book God Particle Formation From Dark Energy And Human Being From This God Particle written by Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Dutta and published by Blue Rose Publishers. This book was released on 2023-02-28 with total page 92 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: There are two types of energy that exist within space : Dark Energy and Dark Matter. Dark Energy is a homogenous eternal potential energy that exists below zero degree kelvin temperature in absolute static equilibrium phase of energy. Dark Matter is the dynamic phase of Dark Energy above zero degree kelvin temperature as kinetic Energy. Smallest unit of kinetic energy particle is a one-dimensional photon and known as the God Particle. All elements are formed by these God particles. We, human beings are also made with baryonic hydrogen atoms arranged in elemental and molecular forms that are all made with God particles. Dark energy to Dark Matter conversion leads to contraction of energy space and Dark Matter to Dark Energy conversion leads to expansion of energy space like ice to water conversion and vice versa.

Book A Stranger in the House of God

Download or read book A Stranger in the House of God written by John Koessler and published by Zondervan. This book was released on 2009-08-30 with total page 227 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Growing up the son of agnostics, John Koessler saw a Catholic church on one end of the street and a Baptist on the other. In the no-man’s land between the two, this curious outside wondered about the God they worshipped—and began a lifelong search to comprehend the grace and mystery of God. A Stranger in the House of God addresses fundamental questions and struggles faced by spiritual seekers and mature believers. Like a contemporary Pilgrim’s Progress, it traces the author’s journey and explores his experiences with both charismatic and evangelical Christianity. It also describes his transformation from religious outsider to ordained pastor. John Koessler provides a poignant and often humorous window into the interior of the soul as he describes his journey from doubt and struggle with the church to personal faith

Book A Short History of Decay

Download or read book A Short History of Decay written by E. M. Cioran and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2012-11-13 with total page 209 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: E. M. Cioran confronts the place of today's world in the context of human history—focusing on such major issues of the twentieth century as human progress, fanaticism, and science—in this nihilistic and witty collection of aphoristic essays concerning the nature of civilization in mid-twentieth-century Europe. Touching upon Man's need to worship, the feebleness of God, the downfall of the Ancient Greeks and the melancholy baseness of all existence, Cioran's pieces are pessimistic in the extreme, but also display a beautiful certainty that renders them delicate, vivid, and memorable. Illuminating and brutally honest, A Short History of Decay dissects Man's decadence in a remarkable series of moving and beautiful pieces.
