JINN AND BLACK MAGIC: Understanding The Reality and Seeking Remedies in Islamic Theology is a comprehensive exploration of the nature of Satan and the phenomenon of black magic from an Islamic perspective. Drawing upon the Quran, Prophetic traditions, and insights from Christian and Judeo-Biblical studies, the book delves into the complex nature of the devil and its influence on humanity. It thoroughly examines Satan's tactics and schemes to mislead individuals, providing guidance on how to recognize and overcome deception. The book also explores the reality of black magic, its implications, and potential remedies. It emphasizes Islam's unequivocal condemnation of black magic, considering it one of the gravest sins due to its impurity and deviation from the divine path ordained by Allah ﷻ. Engaging in black magic is seen as leading to further harm and spiritual degradation, diverting believers from goodness and blessings. Through this analysis, the book aims to offer readers a deeper understanding of both the nature of the devil and the severe consequences of engaging in black magic, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to safeguard their spiritual well-being. It will definitely be more technical, and perhaps more maturity and more discretion are definitely going to be an implied, when we will be discussing black magic, Jinns and possession in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah. The whole point of this book is to minimize the fear of this unknown supernatural world. Please remember that knowledge is power. And honestly, this information that we will get from this book should give you power over the Jinn. The true Momin is no more scared of the Jinn, than he's scared of a predator. This is going to be a natural fear. By the end of this book, we will have worked on dealing with this issue entirely, Inshallah. This book will shed light on the characteristics of Jinns, and how the Jinns can be categorized. And then it will share how we can protect ourselves from the Jinns. Then the book will move on to the topic of Sihr and black magic in light of Quran and Sunnah. It will define what the reality of Sihr is, and how the relationship between the Jinns and Magicians work. Then it will move on to explaining methods of detecting Magic. The book also commentates on the issue of human possession by the Jinns. Lastly, it will demonstrate how we can combat against Magic.

Book Muslims through Discourse

Download or read book Muslims through Discourse written by John R. Bowen and published by Princeton University Press. This book was released on 2020-11-10 with total page 374 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this rich account of a Muslim society in highland Sumatra, Indonesia, John Bowen describes how men and women debate among themselves ideas of what Islam is and should be--as it pertains to all areas of their lives, from work to worship. Whereas many previous anthropological studies have concentrated on the purely local aspects of culture, this book captures and analyzes the tension between the local and universal in everyday life. Current religious differences among the Gayo stem from debates between "traditionalist" and "modernist" scholars that began in the 1930s, and reveal themselves in the ways Gayo discuss and perform worship, sacrifice, healing, and rites of birth and death, all within an Islamic framework. Bowen considers the power these debates accord to language, especially in arguments over spells, rites of farming, hunting, and healing. Moreover, he traces in these debates a general conception of transacting with spirits that has shaped Gayo practices of sacrifice, worship, and aiding the dead. Bowen concludes by examining the development of competing religious ideas in the highlands, the alternative ritual forms and ideas they have pro-mulgated, and the implications of this phenomenon for the emergence of an Islamic public sphere.

Book The Book of the Jihad of Ali ibn Tahir al Sulami d 1106

Download or read book The Book of the Jihad of Ali ibn Tahir al Sulami d 1106 written by Niall Christie and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2017-07-05 with total page 427 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In 1105, six years after the first crusaders from Europe conquered Jerusalem, a Damascene Muslim jurisprudent named ’Ali ibn Tahir al-Sulami (d. 1106) publicly dictated an extended call to the military jihad (holy war) against the European invaders. Entitled Kitab al-Jihad (The Book of the Jihad), al-Sulami’s work both summoned his Muslim brethren to the jihad and instructed them in the manner in which it ought to be conducted, covering topics as diverse as who should fight and be fought, treatment of prisoners and plunder, and the need for participants to fight their own inner sinfulness before turning their efforts against the enemy. Al-Sulami’s text is vital for a complete understanding of the Muslim reaction to the crusades, providing the reader with the first contemporary record of Muslim preaching against the crusaders. However, until recently only a small part of the text has been studied by modern scholars, as it has remained for the most part an unedited manuscript. In this book Niall Christie provides a complete edition and the first full English translation of the extant sections (parts 2, 8, 9 and 12) of the manuscript of al-Sulami’s work, making it fully available to modern readers for the first time. These are accompanied by an introductory study exploring the techniques that the author uses to motivate his audience, the precedents that influenced his work, and possible directions for future study of the text. In addition, an appendix provides translations of jihad sermons by Ibn Nubata al-Fariqi (d. 985), a preacher from Asia Minor whose rhetorical style was highly influential in the development of al-Sulami’s work.

Book excerpt: Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world, but what effect is it having in society, governments, and what effect could it potentially have in the future? Unmasking Islam uncovers urgent truths about Islam that Westerners, Christians, Jews, and even Muslims must learn. This is a study of these truths that are taken directly from the writings and sayings of Islamic texts and scholars. Islam is not a religion of peace and never was. Who is Allah and Muhammad? Many young Muslims are not aware of what the Qur'an teaches as they do not read, speak or write Arabic. What is the media not telling the world about Sharia law, radical Islam and atrocities worldwide in the name of Allah? Most importantly, Muslims are children of God just like all of us. The purpose of this book is to explain the truth about what the Qur'an teaches. Christians today must share the truth and love of Christ so that we can truly live in a more peaceful world and retain the freedoms we have fought so diligently to preserve.

Book The Syrian Uprising and Signs Of The Hour

Download or read book The Syrian Uprising and Signs Of The Hour written by Sayyid Rami al Rifai and published by Sunnah Muakadah. This book was released on 2015-05-12 with total page 462 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The world will soon see change, this book discusses those changes and covers the end of America, the end of the Arabs, the rise of Europe and the Mahdi's Army who will face them. It outlines this future from both the Islamic and Christian religions and shows how they point towards the same future. Many of Islams major scholars have written works on the Signs of the Hour, in which they have arranged the narrations (ahadith) in the chronological order they understood the events would occur in. The Prophet (saws) said: “The signs shall appear one after the other like the beads on a string follow one another (when the string is cut).” The Signs began to appear in our lifetime and have been following each other one by one, this is clear by the acceptance of most scholars that the minor signs of the hour have all been fulfilled and we are about to witness it’s first major sign. Syria has been mentioned by the prophet (saws) in relation to events that will mark the nearness of the hour. This Book, now in it's 2nd edition and largely expanded, looks at these narration’s and identifies the events the prophet (saws) spoke about, chronologically arranging them to give us the timeline the prophet (saws) intended us to have; Abu Zaid Al-Ansaaree (ra) said, “The Prophet led us in the morning prayer, after which he climbed the pulpit and addressed us until Dhuhr (noon). He descended, prayed 'Asr (the late afternoon prayer), and then climbed the pulpit again, speaking to us until the setting of the sun. He spoke to us about what was and what will be; he informed us (thereof) and made us memorize (that information).” (Ahmad) Hudhayfah (ra) said: "The Prophet stood up one day to speak to us, and told us everything that was going to happen until the Hour, and left nothing unsaid. Some of the listeners learnt it by heart, and some forgot it; these friends of mine learnt it. I do not remember it completely, but sometimes it springs to mind, just as one might remember and recognize the face of a man whom one had forgotten, when one sees him." (Abu Dawud, Muslim) This Book is an entirely new work, dealing with the subject matter from a modern context. Previous works regarding the signs of the Hour have been simple translations of Imam Ibn Kathir's book's with out much being done to update his chronology that is now hundreds of years old and to identify the events he mentioned. This Book takes the accounts of the prophet and identifies them giving an entirely more accurate chronology than was previously possible, from this effort the clearest picture yet emerges of the state of the world and its future, which we have corroborated with multiple sources all essentially saying the same thing.
