It is in the waiting room where we are forced to "do nothing" but wait!Physical conditions of some waiting rooms are: cold, filled with unfamiliar people (who also are waiting), uncomfortable seating, and feeble attempts at distraction (t.v., magazines).Thoughts often run rampant over the "what ifs" and the "how comes." We find our mind sometimes spinning about things over which we actually have little to no control.
