Book excerpt: CONTEXTE : Les violences entre partenaires intimes correspondent à « tout acte de violence au sein d'une relation intime qui cause un préjudice ou des souffrances physiques, psychologiques ou sexuelles aux personnes qui en font partie ». Il en existe différentes formes : physiques, sexuelles, psychologiques, verbales et économiques. Certaines, comme les violences sexuelles, sont peu rapportées par les victimes. Les objectifs de cette étude étaient de connaître la prévalence des différentes formes de violences et de savoir si les violences sexuelles avaient été rapportées spontanément par les victimes, avant l'entretien, ou si elles ont été décelées lors de notre consultation. METHODE : Nous avons réalisé une étude rétrospective sur 154 dossiers de victimes examinées dans le service de Médecine Légale en 2020. RESULTATS : 95 % des victimes rapportaient des violences physiques, 24 % des violences sexuelles et 8 % des violences économiques. 69 % des violences sexuelles ont été détectées pendant l'entretien. Nous nous sommes aperçu qu'il existait de nombreuses données manquantes au moment du recueil de données. Conclusion : Les violences sexuelles et économiques étaient les formes de violences les moins rapportées. L'idée de « devoir conjugal » semble toujours dans les esprits et les violences économiques sont elles, souvent insidieuses. Nous avons créé un questionnaire, à destination des médecins, afin que le moins d'informations possibles ne soient omises à l'avenir. De nombreux médecins sont amenés à examiner des victimes de violences conjugales et sont même parfois en première ligne. Le questionnaire créé pourrait leur être diffusé, afin de les accompagner au quotidien.
