De la fraction lipidique, nous mettons en évidence l'intérêt et la faisabilité de l'extraction de fractions enrichies en certains acides gras, en particulier ceux de type omega 3, par différentes techniques, notamment par H.P.L.C. et l'extraction de cholestérol. Les laitances, en raison de leur richesse et de leur qualité, nous ont permis d'envisager l'extraction d'ADN "intégral" et "hautement polymérisé" par procédé original.
