Book Unveiling the Mind of God With The i theory

Download or read book Unveiling the Mind of God With The i theory written by A. Z. Khan and published by Createspace Independent Publishing Platform. This book was released on 2013-05-30 with total page 160 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The most important problem of an individual human being is his or her own existence. Self-existence always remains as an impenetrable mystery to humankind. We are eager to know how we are born in this world as a conscious human being just for once, and for a specific time. We can assume that the secret of self-existence lies under the unknown mechanism of subjective consciousness. But who is going to solve the 'riddle' of consciousness? What religion used to tell us was naive. Traditional science cannot solve this from its rigid aspect of objectiveness. Contemporary popular scientists have declared the death of philosophy. So we cannot urge those philosopher who supposed to answer this, or at least, think about this. In this situation, the-I-theory shows the 'light of hope' solving the 'riddle' of subjective consciousness. The inevitable theory (the-I-theory), presented in this book, explains the origin of the universe by means of subjective consciousness. The theory unveils the secret, how you are immortal within a limited time, and how you can be born without the help of a God systematically--and inevitably. At last but not least, you can now scientifically discover what is going to happen to you after you die--with the help of The-I-theory.

Book excerpt: A leading neuroscientist explores with authority, with imagination, and with unparalleled mastery how the brain constructs the mind and how the brain makes that mind conscious. Antonio Damasio has spent the past thirty years researching and and revealing how the brain works. Here, in his most ambitious and stunning work yet, he rejects the long-standing idea that consciousness is somehow separate from the body, and presents compelling new scientific evidence that posits an evolutionary perspective. His view entails a radical change in the way the history of the conscious mind is viewed and told, suggesting that the brain’s development of a human self is a challenge to nature’s indifference. This development helps to open the way for the appearance of culture, perhaps one of our most defining characteristics as thinking and self-aware beings.

Book Road Map to Consciousness

Download or read book Road Map to Consciousness written by Roshan M Sharma and published by . This book was released on 2018-05-14 with total page 82 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: On the path of experiencing consciousness, you pick an unknown territory. On the path to consciousness, you don't find anything familiar. Every step you take has no relevance from the past. Every experience remains fresh for you. You have to stay open to different experiences of life. A whole new world opens for you on the path of consciousness. The world that you might have heard in scriptures, but never experienced for the self. The way to the consciousness is through the subtle world. The physical world you are already experiencing outside, while the subtle world exists inside. The path to consciousness brings you closer to the experience of truth. The mind deceives you in as many ways possible, but when you get on the path of experiencing the truth, all the illusions, or delusions of the mind wither away and you experience an altogether a new reality for yourself. The things of the mind keep you separate from the actual reality of life. It's only when you consciously live your daily life putting the things of the mind behind, you experience life from a different perspective. Life is possible without mind. To experience consciousness and to create life out of consciousness, you have to connect with the life of the moment. The mind keeps you engaged into the external reality, but you have to consciously direct your mind inward and spend some time each day to know your inner world. It's only by connecting and knowing the inner world; you reach to the truth of life. Your daily life is based on your perception and your perception depends on the memories of the mind. The path of consciousness takes you to the state of mind where you can experience life dropping all the individual perceptions of the mind. The life at the level of the mind keeps you limited to your own world, but with the consciousness, you experience life as a whole. The life with consciousness is living a reality. You come out of your mind and connect with the life that is happening here and now. Life is positive but only when you experience it, at the moment. All the pain, suffering and negativity are experienced by moving away from the moment. The time you consciously connect with the life of the moment, you start experiencing positivity of life. The experience of consciousness connects you with the higher intelligence. You connect with the knowing. Knowing which not knowledge, rather knowing is directly looking into life. With the knowing, you don't think and evaluate your life rather you directly see the truth of life. With the consciousness, you connect with the knowing. No information or knowledge. Simply knowing which is directly experiencing life.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Unveiling Mercy will do just that—unveil how the mercy of God in the Messiah is spoken of from the very opening Hebrew word of the Bible, all the way to the closing chapter of Malachi. By the end of the year, you will have entered the Old Testament through 365 new doorways, looked with fresh eyes at old verses, and traced a web of connections all over the Scriptures that you've never spotted before. You'll begin to see what one person meant when he described Hebrew words as "hyphens between heaven and earth." Reading the Bible in translation can be like "kissing the bride through the veil." Each of these 365 devotions is crafted so as to lift that veil ever so slightly, to touch skin to skin, as it were, with the original language. You do not need to know anything about Hebrew to profit from these meditations. They are not written to teach you the language of Abraham, Moses, and Isaiah, but to give you a taste of their insights, to expose you to their eloquence, to laugh with them at their winking wordplays, to un-English their idioms, and—most importantly—to trace their trajectories all the way into the preaching of the Messiah and the writings of his evangelists and apostles.

Book The Brain the Mind and the Person Within

Download or read book The Brain the Mind and the Person Within written by Mark P. Cosgrove and published by Kregel Academic. This book was released on 2018 with total page 192 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The brain, with its nearly one hundred billion neurons, is the most complex structure in the universe, and we are living in a period of revolutionary advancements in neuroscience. Yet scientists and skeptics often frame these findings in ways that challenge the Christian worldview. Many professionals and popularizers claim that human beings are their brains, and that all human behavior and experience are merely by-products of brain physiology. In The Brain, the Mind, and the Person Within, professor of psychology Mark Cosgrove not only explains what the brain is and what it does but also corrects common misinterpretations and demonstrates that what we know about the brain coheres with the teachings of Scripture. He contends that humans are unities of soul and body in which both the spiritual and the physical interact. From this perspective, he presents informative overviews of contemporary debates about the brain, including consciousness, free will, "God spots," personhood, and life after death. The better we understand the brain, the better we understand ourselves and our exquisite design that reflects the wisdom of the Creator. Thoughtful readers will find this to be a fascinating, accessible survey of this unique part of the body and the profound theological and technological issues surrounding it.

One can go through life wondering and searching, trying to understand how to get to that place. Sometimes it appears as though one is going around in circles trying to understand how we fit into this world. What is my real purpose for being on this earth?
