After spending the last several years conducting a lot of research into missing persons cases, I have come to the conclusion that regardless of what evidence - or lack thereof - exists at the time, a lot of these missing people have been the victims of a serial killer. As of 2015, it was believed that up to 2,000 serial killers were active in the United States at any given time - and quite a few of these killers were from the state of Indiana. Were any of the victims profiled in this book victims of a serial killer? After reading this book, I will let you decide.
