Book La moda come motore economico innovazione di processo e prodotto nuove strategie commerciali comportamento dei consumatori Fashion as an economic engine process and product innovation commercial strategies consumer behavior

Download or read book La moda come motore economico innovazione di processo e prodotto nuove strategie commerciali comportamento dei consumatori Fashion as an economic engine process and product innovation commercial strategies consumer behavior written by Giampiero Nigro and published by Firenze University Press. This book was released on 2022-05-03 with total page 424 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The study of the textile sector has always been central to economic history: from reconstructions of the dynamic growth in the medieval wool industry, to the rise of silk and light and mixed fabrics in the modern era, to the driving role of cotton in the industrialisation process. Although the dynamics of textile manufacturing are closely linked to the transformations of fashion, economic history has long neglected its role as a factor in economic change, treating it primarily as a kind of exogenous catalyst. This book makes a decisive contribution to the understanding of a fundamental transformation, the consequences of which are projected into contemporary society, but which matured in pre-industrial times: the advent of fashion.

Book God is to be Found in All Things

Download or read book God is to be Found in All Things written by La Civiltà Cattolica and published by ucanews. This book was released on 2022-03-17 with total page 99 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A collection of 10 articles from the January 2021 edition of La Civiltà Cattolica, the highly respected and oldest Catholic journal published from Rome. 2021 is a year of great expectations of big pharma and politicians delivering on speedy vaccination and promises of their efficacy. As well, politicians are also expected to lead us out of economic recession. One of the first leaders to offer us a vision for a new economic future is Pope Francis. In The Economy of Francesco and Young People Gaël Giraud discusses the pope’s call to young economists to meet and reflect on how to create “an economy that gives life and does not kill, includes and does not exclude, humanizes and does not dehumanize, takes care of creation and does not plunder it.” Cho Hyun-Chul’s Economics of Covid-19 explains how a move towards localized economies and a reasonable level of self-sufficiency is possible in light of Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato si’ Juan Carlos Scannone and the Theology of the Peopleby Paul Gilbert offers an analysis of Scannone’s philosophy and theology and a definition of ‘the people’ And 55 years after Dignitatis Humanae Felix Körner writes about Religious Freedom: Facing New Challenges.

Book Systemic Architecture

Download or read book Systemic Architecture written by Marco Poletto and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2013-05-07 with total page 273 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is a manual investigating the subject of urban ecology and systemic development from the perspective of architectural design. It sets out to explore two main goals: to discuss the contemporary relevance of a systemic practice to architectural design, and to share a toolbox of informational design protocols developed to describe the city as a territory of self-organization. Collecting together nearly a decade of design experiments by the authors and their practice, ecoLogicStudio, the book discusses key disciplinary definitions such as ecologic urbanism, algorithmic architecture, bottom-up or tactical design, behavioural space and the boundary of the natural and the artificial realms within the city and architecture. A new kind of "real-time world-city" is illustrated in the form of an operational design manual for the assemblage of proto-architectures, the incubation of proto-gardens and the coding of proto-interfaces. These prototypes of machinic architecture materialize as synthetic hybrids embedded with biological life (proto-gardens), computational power, behavioural responsiveness (cyber-gardens), spatial articulation (coMachines and fibrous structures), remote sensing (FUNclouds), and communication capabilities (Ecological Footprint Grotto). Supporting the authors’ own essays and projects are contributions from key innovators in contemporary architecture and urban design: Michael Batty, Andrew Hudson-Smith, Michael Weinstock and Patrik Schumacher.

Download or read book UrbanVoids Strategie nuove partnership per progetti sostenibili nella citt di Roma written by Marta Moccia, Vanina Ballini eds and published by Lulu.com. This book was released on 2012-01-23 with total page 118 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
