Connu sous la dénomination « responsabilité sociale des entreprises », puis intégré comme « risque extra-financier », ce concept a fait l’objet de très nombreuses recherches dans divers champs de la gestion : ressources humaines, comptabilité, finance, gouvernance, etc. Ces études ont, pour la très grande majorité, été menées dans des pays développés. Cet ouvrage est un recueil de recherches réalisées dans les pays émergents francophones. Débutant par une mise en contexte théorique rédigée par des praticiens reconnus pour leur contribution dans l’avancement et l’acceptation de la RSE au niveau mondial et par des praticiens pionniers du domaine, ce collectif présente des études et des réflexions portant sur les marchés marocain, tunisien, algérien ou nigérien. Ces contributions permettent de mieux cerner les problématiques sociales, environnementales et de gouvernance dans le contexte de ces pays en émergence, de les contextualiser et de catalyser une réflexion autour des enjeux tant au niveau des firmes locales, grandes ou petites, qu’au niveau des entreprises internationales qui y sont installées. En partageant leur réflexion, leur analyse et leurs recommandations dans ce collectif, ces auteurs, praticiens ou chercheurs jeunes ou établis, de pays développés ou en émergence alimentent les débats que diverses parties prenantes pourraient avoir à propos de la RSE, dont les professeurs universitaires dans le cadre de leurs enseignements, séminaires et recherches.

It explores the sensitivity of estimates of stock positions to the treatment of valuation effects not captured in balance of payments data. Finally, it characterizes the stylized facts of estimated stocks and asks whether there are trends in net foreign asset positions and differences in debt-equity ratios across countries.
