That they are primarily God the Son's Two Witnesses, who is the Glorious omnipotent Angel in Revelation chapter 10 who is prophesying to John about his immediate future in Revelation chapter 11, where he has assumed his second nature as Jesus (Rev. 11:8). Nor have they ever known that Jesus is the Main and Hidden Actor behind the scenes, and underlying dimension of chapter 11, in spite of the fact that his Two Witnesses who are actually 'in him' in chapter 11, as I shall also demonstrate, seem to be the main Actors on the surface as I shall also demonstrate. Or ever known that Jesus is alive in chapter 11. Now that the Angel has become Jesus, they must be referred to as Christ' Two Witnesses. None of the commentators have ever taken these facts into account, because they never suspected the Two Witnesses could be God, who they should have considered in the first place! And considered 2 Cor. 5:19 which says that, "God was 'in Christ' reconciling the world unto himself." That which immediately proves the Two Witnesses are the Father and Holy Spirit, is the fact that Christ, who is also God, is called the very same things in the Bible they are, a Witness, an Olive Tree, a Lampstand and a Prophet, making a total of Three "Witnesses" (Rev. 1:5; Rev. 11:3). Three "Olive Trees" (Rev. 11:4; Judg. 9:8-9). Three "Lampstands" (Rev. 11:4; Zech. 4:1). And Three "Prophets" (Rev. 11:10; John 4:19). The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, have always been Witnesses of each other throughout all Eternity. And now that God the Son, the omnipotent Angel has come down from the third heaven to earth in Rev. 10:1-2, and assumed the form of Jesus, the Father and Holy Spirit, have now become the Two Witnesses of the Lamb that was slain (Rev. 11:7-8; Rev. 5:6) in Time.

Ancient Prophecy: Near Eastern, Biblical, and Greek Perspectives is the first monograph-length comparative study on prophetic divination in ancient Near Eastern, biblical, and Greek sources. Prophecy is one of the ways humans have believed to become conversant with what is believed to be superhuman knowledge. The prophetic process of communication involves the prophet, her/his audience, and the deity from whom the message allegedly comes from. Martti Nissinen introduces a wealth of ancient sources documenting the prophetic phenomenon around the ancient Eastern Mediterranean, whether cuneiform tablets from Mesopotamia, the Hebrew Bible, Greek inscriptions, or ancient historians. Nissinen provides an up-to-date presentation of textual sources, the number of which has increased substantially in recent times. In addition, the study includes four analytical comparative chapters. The first demonstrates the altered state of consciousness to be one of the central characteristics of the prophets' public behavior. The second discusses the prophets' affiliation with temples, which are the typical venues of the prophetic performance. The third delves into the relationship between prophets and kings, which can be both critical and supportive. The fourth shows gender-inclusiveness to be one of the peculiar features of the prophetic agency, which could be executed by women, men, and genderless persons as well. The ways prophetic divination manifests itself in ancient sources depend not only on the socio-religious position of the prophets in a given society, but also on the genre and purpose of the sources. Nissinen contends that, even though the view of the ancient prophetic landscape is restricted by the fragmentary and secondary nature of the sources, it is possible to reconstruct essential features of prophetic divination at the socio-religious roots of the Western civilization.

This manual, permeated by passion for clerical reform, was intended to give righteous Christians practical and spiritual advice on how to survive this period of tribulation. Likewise, it aimed to inform them about what to expect from the envoys of Satan, the Western and the Eastern Antichrists, but also from Christ’s warriors, the papal restorer and his secular assistant, the French-Roman Emperor. Moreover, it offered a brief outline of Christ’s Thousand-Year Reign and of Armageddon. The VADE MECUM was written by John of Rupescissa OFM (c. 1310-1366), the most prolific apocalyptic author of the Middle Ages, as the central work of in all three manuals designed to prepare Christendom for the impending crises. As a completely new text type and summary of the late Rupescissa’s doctrines, this eschatological manual fascinated numerous readers in the Late Middle Ages, who copied, reworked and translated it and made it thus a pivotal text of medieval apocalypticism: ten versions of the Latin VADE MECUM in more than forty manuscripts have come down to us. Rupescissa’s eschatological manual is his last known and most widely distributed work; the present study provides an annotated critical edition equipped with an English translation. It inducts in the manual’s contents, places them in the context of Rupescissa’s work and medieval prophetic literature, investigates important aspects of its reception and clarifies the relationships between its different versions. Furthermore, it ends with a critical edition of the VENI MECUM IN TRIBULACIONE, the most influential compendious version of the VADE MECUM. Thus this book offers an indispensable fundamental contribution to the flourishing studies of Rupescissa and medieval apocalypticism.

Because they believe in this false doctrine teaching them that they would be lifted before the coming of the Great Tribulation of seven years, they are leading idle religious lives steeped in complacency. On this day, everyone in this world would be standing on a crossroad of his/her eternal fate. The righteous who were born again by believing in the "gospel of the water and the Spirit" will be resurrected and raptured, and thus become heirs to the Millennial Kingdom and the eternal Kingdom of Heaven, but the sinners who were unable to participate in this first resurrection will face the great punishment of the seven bowls poured by God and be cast into the eternal fire of hell. Therefore, you must now come out of all the false doctrines of religions and the lust and confused values of this world, and enter into the true Word of God.
