Book excerpt: Contexte L'observance thérapeutique médicamenteuse chez les personnes âgées est un thème peu étudié dans la littérature. Les conséquences d'une mauvaise observance sont un problème de santé publique. Les maisons de santé pluridisciplinaire (MSPD) regroupent des acteurs de soin, adhérant à un projet de santé commun et ayant pour vocation la prise en charge globale du patient. L'objectif de cette étude était d'évaluer l'apport ou non d'une prise en charge en MSPD sur l'observance thérapeutique médicamenteuse des personnes âgées. Méthode : Etude qualitative, à partir d'entretiens semi-directifs, auprès de patients de plus de 75 ans, ayant un médecin traitant déclaré à la MSPD de Fruges. Une analyse triangulée des données a utilisé le logiciel NVivo 10®. Menés jusque saturation des données, 12 entretiens ont été réalisés en juin 2014. Résultats : La plupart des patients étaient capables de citer le nom des différents traitements et quelques uns ont apporté des précisions concernant les dosages, les posologies, les horaires ou rythme de prise. Si certains ont une attitude passive concernant la gestion de leur traitement, d'autres manifestent leur souhait d'interaction avec les médecins et paramédicaux afin de mieux le comprendre ou de mieux l'adapter. Conclusion : Le lien avec la prise en charge en MSPD reste difficile à établir devant le faible recours aux autres intervenants de la MSPD et la mise en place récente de séances d'éducation thérapeutique.
