For now, we’ll stay within the framework of the late 1800s, and we’ll have to realize that there had to be a means by which these evolutionary “scientific” experiments could be enforced. It was here that much of U.S. law enforcement in the South was manipulated, and a noble occupation sold out to the highest bidder. Because in the end, as it was in the beginning, it was indeed all about money.
