We would like to thank the members of the Program Committee and the reviewers for their e?orts in selecting the papers. They helped us compile an excellent scienti?c program. For the di?cult task of selecting the 25 best papers (14% acceptance rate) and 17 short papers each paper was reviewed by at least three reviewers (except some out-of-scope papers).
