Combs moved throughout Los Angeles like a child who is stumbling down the street because they had not grown into their oversized shoes. 1990s New York City had changed in ways that some people did not see. Those changes started in the late 1960s and eventually turned the city into something different. Other events contributed to the way New York had changed.
