Part II: Who Wears the King is first person account of the Adventures of Little Vinnie, a 8 year old boy who makes up stories. He used to be able to share those musings with his mom, but now with two other kids to rear, his mother has less time for him. One morning, headed to school, he reaches under the car to retrieve the baby's bottle and finds a magical ring. The inscription reads, "Who wears the ring is king." Repeating the words as he falls asleep that night, he wakes to find himself grown-up in a world of screaming fans, bodyguards and concerts... as The King of Rock 'n Roll. His sister's friends see him leaving his bedroom and try to break down his door to meet him. He escapes out the window where conveniently his driver and bodyguard await to rush him to a concert. Handed a guitar he's reluctantly shoved onstage to perform. Though terrified, he remembers the words of songs his mom sings with the radio each morn and wows the audience. Shuffled back into the limo they head to another concert. On the way, they pass through his neighborhood. Little Vinnie misses his family and explains that he's just a little boy and asks to stop at his house to tell his family good-bye. Little Vinnie tells his driver to stop. As he runs to his house he takes off the ring and changes back into a boy. Startled by seeing this, the limo driver screeches away. Vinnie's mother, upset he is outside in pajamas, scolds him for making up such an outrageous explanation sends him to his room. The King is there and thanks Vinnie for taking over that day. He explains how hard it is being "The King" -that he needed a vacation. Vinnie returns the ring. As the King leaves, Vinnie's mother sees him. They speak. His Mom, being a fan, is thrilled and finally believes Vinnie's story.
