The little fir tree simply had to know though! His curiosity was too great, and he had to find out if he had any chance of becoming a Christmas tree! Days turned into weeks, and the first snow began to fall. The little fir tree felt beautiful cloaked in glittering white snow. This must be a magical time, he thought. Indeed it was a magical time; the Twelve Days of Christmas had begun.
