Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Learn the systems and structures to build a successful coaching business! You've made the amazing decision to become a success and transformation coach-kudos to you! I believe that your decision to head down this path is a fantastic one. By taking this path, you will be positively impacting the lives and/or businesses of your clients, you will have the flexibility of creating your own schedule and the freedom of time that comes with running your own business, and you will also reap the benefits of being paid handsomely for your services. Impact Lives. Freedom. Flexibility. Wealth. Sounds amazing right? There's just one little problem... You have absolutely no clue how to put your structures and systems in place to run a successful coaching business. Am I right? My name is Kari Sayers. I'm a published author, course creator, and success coach. Not long ago, I found myself in the exact predicament I explained above. Like you, I made the decision to add success coaching to my repertoire of services because it was a natural fit for me. I knew in my heart that I wanted to make a positive impact on people's lives and create a business that was flexible, lucrative and sustainable. I stumbled upon success coaching as an avenue to achieve all these things, but not surprisingly, I also stumbled on what steps to take next in order to make it happen. Since I'm naturally inclined to dive head first into research mode, and that is exactly what I did. I began researching (read: obsessing over) female success coaches to find out what their magic formula for success was and what resources they were using to run their businesses. What did I discover? There is no MAGIC FORMULA. However, there are some best practices that you can put in place that are more likely to lead to success in your business. This short guide is intended to share with you a examples of the systems and structures being used today by other successful coaches. While this guide is jam-packed with useful tips, tools, systems, and other resources that I consider a small MOTHERLOAD of information for any new success coach, it is by no means an all-encompassing blueprint that contains every answer to every question you have about starting a coaching business. Instead, I urge you to use this book's content as an informative starting point. Explore the examples, check out the suggested tools, and be purposeful in the steps you take in establishing your business. What's Included In This Book?Within the pages of this book you will find: Suggested merchant tools that can be used for payments and scheduling Facebook ad examples from successful coaches Tips for creating your coaching website and more! Who Will Benefit From This Book? This book is primarily for any entrepreneur just starting a coaching business or who is thinking of starting a coaching business. This includes but is not limited to: Health Coaches Business Coaches Mindset Coaches Relationship Coaches Spiritual Coaches and any other kind of transformation coach you can think of! The tools, tips, and resources listed in this book should help you get a jump start on the structures and systems you need to get in place to get your business running. I've used some of these same structures and systems in building my own business, and I've seen them implemented by other coaches as well. I applaud you for making the decision to join this growing profession, and for seeking opportunities to better equip yourself with tools for success.

Book excerpt: Soccer players may get all the glory, but behind every great player is a great coach. And behind every great coach today stands a cadre of mentors who dedicated decades to championing soccer's long climb from obscurity to become one of the major sports in America. It was an uphill battle, fought persistently and creatively to overcome a public perception of soccer as "foreign," "aloof," "snobby," or simply "odd." This is a story of individual and collective action, of coaches coming together to improve the sport and expand its reach. The adaptation and sharing of improved coaching methodologies has resulted in improved play on the field such that today American players (and coaches to some degree) are having an impact not just nationally, but internationally. Because of the determined and insistent efforts of the US soccer coaching community, soccer is now perceived as a rigorous, athletic pursuit. In addition to the stories found in this book are more than 50 QR codes that provide bonus information on the coaches and their careers. Relentless tells the landmark and previously untold stories of resolute coaches, their love of the game, and how they transformed the sport in the United States.
