This study seeks to determine if a set of job factors tends to satisfy teachers and another set of factors tends to dissatisfy teachers. The study additionally considered if these two sets of job factors are mutually exclusive or are inverses of each other as suggested by traditional work theory (i.e. as satisfaction increases, dissatisfaction decreases, and vice versa).
