This Research Report examines the process and procedures by which these individuals are prepared to assume garrison/administrative responsibilities. Included in the report is an identification and descritption of the components of the job preparation system, and an assessment of the adequacy of that system. Recommendations are provided for modifying the current job preparation system to allow officers and NCOs to more effectively and efficiently perform their garrision/administrative duties.
