Book The Octagon of Spiritual Balances

Download or read book The Octagon of Spiritual Balances written by Pastor Bernard J. Weathers and published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc.. This book was released on 2016-11-21 with total page 71 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "The Octagon of Spiritual Balances" was written and detailed for those who have been made aware of their salvation and are seeking the Christian way of life according to God's mandate as outlined in the Bible. The focus is on the origin, sequence, and balancing of the spiritual attributes: faith, knowledge, spiritual understanding, belief, trust, hope, love, obedience, peace, and joy. When these ten attributes are appropriated with the use of eight defined balances, a spiritual equilibrium is formed within the life of the believer. The purpose is to introduce and explain these spiritual attributes and their order of effective advent in the Christian life, instituting a spiritual foundation, awareness, and purpose in the believer, which in due course will create stability and harmony with God and life in the spirit. It enhances the believer's understanding of the work and will of God in their lives and empowers them to discern and receive what is of and from God as opposed to deceptive enticements. The believer will receive direction, purpose, spiritual clarity, and understanding as well as a confirmed spiritual equilibrium for Christian living. The reward and end result from following Jesus will be illuminated so vividly in the spirit of the believing reader that the reality of eternity will displace the thoughts of temporal time.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book presents the Teachings of Rao, the God of Krypton. By using a few references from other places, I analyzed from a scientific orientation that shows through the model of a Tree of Life of how it relates to modern scientific models as Russell Quantum Mechanics and Psychology. The teachings reveal the secret wisdom about the nature of the universe and of the psyche as well as a path to make the journey, through transformation, from mortal to immortal, from man/woman to superman/superwoman. The goal is to reclaim your state of balance and harmony with the Absolute. This was the notion of the summon bonum or greatest good, that we should aspire to. A superman or supergirl that I am referring to isn't the comic book version with superpowers. I am talking about more of the Nietzsche's concept, the Übermensch. It's about being psychological superior than we are today, the supermen and women will live by their own values as not seen since we followed those values more ""Pagan"" in nature.

This book was released on 2019-02-12 with total page 150 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Why is it that we are so drawn to and enticed by sacred geometry? They start with simple mathematical shapes, that combine to create elaborate illustrations of such beauty and elegance that we marvel at them. Beliefs, religious, spiritual and cultural, have been historically attached to them. The specific design and creation of each individual sacred geometric pattern is thought, among many cultures, not only to demonstrate an understanding of specific universal concepts, but to hold powers of mystical possibilities. The aim of this book is to provide an understanding of the history, creation and meanings of sacred geometry for those who are new to the subject, and to open an insight into the beliefs placed upon them with the hope that it will inspire the reader's interest and imagination and increase their enthusiasm. Enjoy learning how such simple shapes can evolve into inspiring and powerful patterns that weave through the fabric of our entire universe and reality.

This book was released on 2016-12-14 with total page 620 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We are a product of nature. Every single cell of our body is made of, and depends, on nature. Our inner soul is heavily influenced by nature. We feel sad if the sun is not shining for a few days, and feel pleasure when drawn to the wonder of flowers and uplifted by the song of birds. We came from nature; we are part of nature. In short, we are nature. Nature has been an intimate part of the human experience from the earliest times. Different religions and cultures, from all corners of the world, have honoured and worshipped nature in art, ritual and literature in their own unique ways. This book shows how we learn about our own human nature, our own sense of identity and how we fit into the larger scheme of life and spirit when we come to better understand how our human ancestors, through art, symbol and myth, expressed their relationship with the natural world.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Considered a wonder of the ancient world, the Newark Earthworks—the gigantic geometrical mounds of earth built nearly two thousand years ago in the Ohio valley--have been a focal point for archaeologists and surveyors, researchers and scholars for almost two centuries. In their prime one of the premier pilgrimage destinations in North America, these monuments are believed to have been ceremonial centers used by ancestors of Native Americans, called the "Hopewell culture," as social gathering places, religious shrines, pilgrimage sites, and astronomical observatories. Yet much of this territory has been destroyed by the city of Newark, and the site currently "hosts" a private golf course, making it largely inaccessible to the public. The first book-length volume devoted to the site, The Newark Earthworks reveals the magnitude and the geometric precision of what remains of the earthworks and the site’s undeniable importance to our history. Including contributions from archaeologists, historians, cultural geographers, and cartographers, as well as scholars in religious studies, legal studies, indigenous studies, and preservation studies, the book follows an interdisciplinary approach to shine light on the Newark Earthworks and argues compellingly for its designation as a World Heritage Site.
