While Justin was trying to find himself, he came across a local restaurant and was challenged by a Local business owner to learn his history. Most importantly he was challenged to define the steps in his process that it took him to make it from the small town of Wilmington, Delaware to major Division one school and eventually to the NFL and use that process to allow him to have even greater success in the 2nd quarter of his life.
