Book The Mystery of God s Woman and Her Seed

Download or read book The Mystery of God s Woman and Her Seed written by Rev. Stanley Curby and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2009-02-28 with total page 194 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book demonstrates, through the full text of the scriptures, that women have the same God-given rights as men to preach, teach, and serve in the same offices of the church as men, doing everything spiritually that men do according to the leading of the Holy Spirit. The apostle Paul wrote, And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God who worketh in all But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as He will (1 Cor. 12:6, 11). It also shows that the opposition against the women that are called to preach and teach the word of God is a calculated plan that is instigated by Satan to prevent them from fulfilling the will of God.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Every church ministry is driven by something. In this lively and refreshing book, Pedro Patrick unfurls the profound beauty of unction and shows that the Bible brightens everything. Anointing is the driving force behind all successful ministries. The pages of this book discuss this subject and boldly explain why the Christian world is not enjoying the anointing. Break the Alabaster Box stresses the missing nectar of life--the Holy Spirit--in our personal lives. The author teaches of unction with all force and clarity. Pedro Patrick offers to the hearts of readers an explanation of what unction is all about. The unction that he receives provides the framework for the action of this book. He points out that anointing is a part of our Christian spiritual character; without it, no one can be equipped to take action against demons in the same way that Jesus himself did. Deliverance from evil spirits is the one evidence that shows the world that the kingdom of God has come, and anointing seals that evidence.

Book The Greatest Religious Question

Download or read book The Greatest Religious Question written by Brother Donald Sweeting and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2014-11-21 with total page 145 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Twelve of the most inspiring sermons, which the heavenly Father through His begotten Son (the Comforter) and His Holy Spirit, is about to bring a change in people lives. Two powerful testimonies, one of which should bring hope and comfort to all that are plagued with cancer, the next will enlighten parents that by faith their children can be healed of asthma. The other Comforter; is the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, even the Holy Ghost; He reveals the scriptures and gives a light through Jesus Christ; that light is to be put on a candle stick that all may see to go in and out (which suggest that when the true word of God is understood, it is to be taught to others that they too may understand and do the Father's will). The Greatest Religious Question; reveals three heavens in the Genesis, unnoted by many, more so, Jesus spoke of two saves; they amongst other (unnoticed and misunderstood) sayings are brought to light. This book shows that the KJV Bible is more reliable, for example; 1John 5:7 and Matthew 19:9 (fornication) are explained, and should not have been taken out of other Bibles. It also shows that the Father brought His Son to earth that He go to the Jews only, without riches, not even a pillow; Jesus gives an itinerary to take Abraham's bosom along with converted Jews and Gentiles to the Father's kingdom, also Judas who killed himself will be taken; the Father Himself will condemn Judas.

Book The Complete Works of C H Spurgeon Volume 68

Download or read book The Complete Works of C H Spurgeon Volume 68 written by Spurgeon, Charles H. and published by Delmarva Publications, Inc.. This book was released on with total page 329 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Volume 68- Autobiography: Diary, Letters, and Records, Volume 3 Charles Spurgeon (19 June 1834 – 31 January 1892) is one of the church’s most famous preachers and Christianity’s foremost prolific writers. Called the “Prince of Preachers,” he was one of England's most notable ministers for most of the second half of the nineteenth century, and he still remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations today. His sermons have spread all over the world, and his many printed works have been cherished classics for decades. In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to more than 10 million people, often up to ten times each week. He was the pastor of the congregation of the New Park Street Chapel (later the Metropolitan Tabernacle) in London for 38 years. He was an inexhaustible author of various kinds of works including sermons, commentaries, an autobiography, as well as books on prayer, devotionals, magazines, poetry, hymns and more. Spurgeon was known to produce powerful sermons of penetrating thought and divine inspiration, and his oratory and writing skills held his audiences spellbound. Many Christians have discovered Spurgeon's messages to be among the best in Christian literature. Edward Walford wrote in Old and New London: Volume 6 (1878) quoting an article from the Times regarding one of Spurgeon’s meetings at Surrey: “Fancy a congregation consisting of 10,000 souls, streaming into the hall, mounting the galleries, humming, buzzing, and swarming—a mighty hive of bees—eager to secure at first the best places, and, at last, any place at all. After waiting more than half an hour—for if you wish to have a seat you must be there at least that space of time in advance—Mr. Spurgeon ascended his tribune. To the hum, and rush, and trampling of men, succeeded a low, concentrated thrill and murmur of devotion, which seemed to run at once, like an electric current, through the breast of every one present, and by this magnetic chain the preacher held us fast bound for about two hours. It is not my purpose to give a summary of his discourse. It is enough to say of his voice, that its power and volume are sufficient to reach every one in that vast assembly; of his language, that it is neither high-flown nor homely; of his style, that it is at times familiar, at times declamatory, but always happy, and often eloquent; of his doctrine, that neither the 'Calvinist' nor the 'Baptist' appears in the forefront of the battle which is waged by Mr. Spurgeon with relentless animosity, and with Gospel weapons, against irreligion, cant, hypocrisy, pride, and those secret bosom-sins which so easily beset a man in daily life; and to sum up all in a word, it is enough to say of the man himself, that he impresses you with a perfect conviction of his sincerity.” More than a hundred years after his death, Charles Spurgeon’s legacy continues to effectively inspire the church around the world. For this reason, Delmarva Publications has chosen to publish the complete works of Charles Spurgeon.
