I can only conclude that the vagina was not so distensible or elastic or as capacious as usual, and that giving way in the portion already referred to as being structurally weak, the rent extended as it did making a deep and dangerous wound and calling for prompt measures to save life. It has been thought that it would encroach upon the rights and privileges of the different Provincial Medical Boards and interfere with their autonomy, and I gladly hail this Opportunity to say a few words which may help to remove this misapprehension. As an instance, in my own native province, Quebec, our French speaking brethren will have the right to examination in their own language.
