Imagine all the events Mary heard of or saw, as her son traveled, speaking to thousands, healing many, and teaching His disciples. His disciples would later carry out His mission. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Mary’s Journal is a journey of Jesus Christ’s life, told from the perspective of his mother, Mary, which captures some of the deep, intimate feelings of her heart. The writing of this book has been a spiritual journey for me. I truly feel blessed that I was inspired to write of what Mary must have felt and experienced being the mother of the Savior of the world. With the illustrations I wanted to symbolize that through our Savior’s healing hands we are made whole. I hope that as you read this book you will feel His infinite love and atoning sacrifice, and know that after the tribulations and heartaches of this world there is peace and joy, which can only be found through Jesus Christ. I’m grateful for the life that Mary led and her worthiness to raise the Son of God. I echo Mary’s testimony that Jesus Christ lives and loves each one of us. ~Wendy K. Galloway

Book excerpt: Mary was just one of the carefree young girls who went to the well at dawn to get water. I enjoyed watching her because she seemed unusually sweet and innocent- and sincere. No one knew what to think when she fled so suddenly to Elisabeth's place in Ain Karim. Rumor had it she had seen an angel, but I didn't put too much stock in that. After all, she was young and impressionable. But when she came back obviously pregnant, how the tongues did wag! I watched her from a distance, all through the years. I heard about the remarkable flight to Egypt with her husband, Joseph, and was glad they chose to return to Nazareth after all was said and done. They had a cute boy; they named him Jesus. A person couldn't help loving him. I could tell she was really wrapped up in her children, especially that boy. I had to scratch my head a few times, though, when he started doing miracles-pretty uncanny, that. But his preaching, well, that sure had a way of touching the heart. That same heart nearly broke when I saw her grief when her boy was crucified. You'll read about it through Mary's eyes, through her words and her tears, in this, her diary.

Book excerpt: Micki’s Journal is about words of spiritual wisdom, a request to God for spiritual guidance for her as an earthly living angel at the time. Life is made up of what the author calls God’s army of earthly angels. I am sure many reading this can think of such a person in their past or present life who fits this title. This author describes his earthly angel as being his wife and best friend of nearly fifty years. During her last few years, before dementia entered her life, the author was able to collect short quips she wrote left around the house. It wasn’t till after she was called home that the author uncovered many caches of spiritual quips on pieces of scrap paper she’d written on and cutouts in her teenage notebook, a journal, several used Bibles, books, daily devotionals, and an old Bible study of Psalms 23, her favorite study. How brave she was and unafraid to wait for God’s calling for her to come home. Six months after her passing, her own handwritten prayer was discovered “To Those I Love,” which you will find in the book. One of her best friends wrote, “Micki was the most Christian woman I’ve ever known.” The author wants the readers of this book to know all proceeds will go to Micki’s favorite children’s charities in her name.
