Hopelessness, on the other hand, brings anger and other emotions to the forefront, which often leads to poor decisions. I have been through enormous challenges and based on my experience, chapter eight of this book is intended to provide words of encouragement and some strategies, which can help you when dealing with difficult life circumstances....
