The agricultural possibilities of the land and its capacity for a really extensive Jewish Colonization are being discussed in connection with the events of the war and with an eventual emigration of the Jewish masses from Eastern Europe. The problem of the financial means necessary for the realization of such plans has also been dealt with lately in various articles and pamphlets. In order to be able to arrive at an answer to the question of the capital necessary for a more extensive agricultural coloniza tion than the present, one must first be quite clear about the methods of colonization to be applied in the future.
