This IRP Toxicology Guide consists of four volumes. For each chemical in the IRP toxicology Guide, the environmental fate, exposure pathways, toxicity, sampling and analysis methods and state and federal regulatory status are outlined. The material provided is intended as an overview of key topic areas; no attempt was made to provide a comprehensive review. Users are encouraged to read the Introduction to Volume 1 of the IRP Toxicology guide before applying chemical- specific information.
