Descendants lived in Utah, Idaho, and California.

They joined the LDS Church in Scotland and immigrated to America in 1856 and traveled by handcart accross the plains to Utah. They eventually settled in Smithfield, Cache Valley, Utah. Their many descendants live in Utah, Idaho, Montana and other parts of the western United States.
