Book The Great Tale of Prophet Adam Prophet Jesus in Islam

Download or read book The Great Tale of Prophet Adam Prophet Jesus in Islam written by Muham Sakura Dragon and published by . This book was released on 2015-12-16 with total page 68 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Prophet Adam is believed to have been the first human being and the first prophet on Earth in Islam. Adam's role as the father of the human race is looked upon by Muslims with reverence. Muslims also refer to his wife, Lady Eve (Hawwa), as the "mother of mankind." Muslims see Adam as the first Muslim, as the Qur'an promulgates that all the prophets preached the same faith of submission to God. His story is told in the Qur'an in numerous places, though his Qur'anic narrative differs from that in the Torah in some aspects. Sunni hadith say that while Adam was sleeping, God took a rib from him and from it He created Lady Eve (Hawwa); however, while the creation of Adam and Eve is referred to in the Qur'an, the exact method of creation is not specified. The Qur'an then says that God commanded that Adam and Eve (Hawwa) not eat from one tree in heaven, but Iblis (Satan/Lucifer from jinn race) was able to convince them to taste it. They then began to cover themselves because they now knew that their body parts were uncovered. For this, God banished Adam and Eve to earth. Non-canonical Sunni hadith also say that Adam and Eve were cast down far apart, so that they had to search for each other. In Islamic theology, it is not believed that Adam's sin is carried by all of his children. Hadith say that once Adam was on earth, God taught him how to plant seeds and bake bread. This was to become the way of all of Adam's children. Adam proceeded to live for about 1000 years. Prophet Isa or Jesus in the New Testament, is considered to be a Messenger of God and al-Masih (the Messiah) in Islam, who was sent to guide the Children of Israel (bani israil) with a new scripture, al-Injil (the Gospel). The belief that Jesus is a prophet is required in Islam. This is reflected in the fact that he is clearly a significant figure in the Quran, appearing in 93 ayaat (or verses), though Noah, Adam and Moses appear with even greater frequency. It states that Jesus was born to Mary (Arabic: Maryam) as the result of virginal conception, a miraculous event which occurred by the decree of God his Creator (Arabic: Allah). To aid in his ministry to the Jewish people, Jesus was given the ability to perform miracles (such as healing the blind, bringing the dead back to life, etc.) which no other prophet in Islam has ever been credited with, all by the permission of God rather than of his own power. According to the Quran, Jesus, although appearing to have been crucified, was not killed by crucifixion or by any other means; instead, "God raised him unto Himself." In the 19th Sura of the Quran (verse 33), Jesus says "And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive.," which clearly declares that Jesus will experience a natural death, and will be raised again on the day of judgment. Like all prophets in Islam, Prophet Jesus or Isa is considered a Muslim (i.e., one who submits to the will of God), as he preached that his followers should adopt the "straight path" as commanded by God. Traditionally, Islam teaches the rejection of the Trinitarian Christian view that Jesus was God incarnate or the son of God. The Quran says that Prophet Jesus himself never claimed to be the Son of God, and it furthermore indicates that Jesus will deny having ever claimed divinity at the Last Judgment, and God will vindicate him. Islamic texts forbid the association of partners with God (shirk), emphasizing a strict notion of monotheism (tawhid). Muslims believe that Jesus will return to earth near the Day of Judgment to restore justice and to defeat al-Masih ad-Dajjal ("the false messiah," also known as the Antichrist). Jesus will not return as a new prophet; Muhammad was the final prophet, but will continue from where he left off at the time of his ascension. Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was. (Quran 3.59)

Download or read book Tales of Prophet Jesus Pbuh Prophet Muhammad Saw English Languange Edition written by Muhammad Vandestra and published by Blurb. This book was released on 2018-04-26 with total page 134 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The story of Prophet Jesus (Pbuh) and Prophet Muhammad SAW in islam faith based from The Noble Quran & Al-Hadist. In many verses of the Glorious Qur'an Allah SWT (God) the Exalted denied the claim of the Christians that He has a son. A delegation from Nagran came to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. They began to talk about their claim about the Trinity, which is that Allah is three in one, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, with some disagreement among their sects. That is why Allah affirmed in many verses of the Qur'an that Prophet Jesus or Prophet Isa (Pbuh)is a slave of Allah SWT (God), whom He molded in the womb of his mother like any other of His creatures, and that He created him without a father, as He created Prophet Adam (Pbuh) without a father or a mother. Allah SWT (God) declared that He had elected Prophet Adam (pbuh) and the elite of his offspring who obey Allah. Then He specified the family of Prophet Abraham (pbuh), which includes the sons of Prophet Ishmael (pbuh), and the family of Imran, the father of Mary (Maryam). Prophet Muhammad SAW was born in Mecca (Makkah), Arabia, on Monday, 12 Rabi' Al-Awal (2 August A.D. 570). His mother, Aminah Bint Wahb, was the daughter of Wahb Ibn Abdu Manaf of the Zahrah family. His father, 'Abdullah, was the son of Abdul Muttalib. His genealogy has been traced to the noble house of Ishmael, the son of Prophet Abraham in about the fortieth descend. Muhammad's father died before his birth. Before he was six years old his mother died, and the doubly orphaned Muhammad was put under the charge of his grandfather Abdul Muttalib who took the most tender care of him. But the old chief died two years afterwards. On his deathbed he confided to his son Abu Talib the charge of the little orphan. When Prophet Muhammad SAW was twelve years old, he accompanied his uncle Abu Talib on a mercantile journey to Syria, and they proceeded as far as Busra.

Book The Great Story of Prophet Muhammad Saw Last Messenger of God

Download or read book The Great Story of Prophet Muhammad Saw Last Messenger of God written by Muham Dragon and published by Createspace Independent Publishing Platform. This book was released on 2016-03-10 with total page 94 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Prophet Muhammad SAW from Mecca, unified Arabia into a single religious polity under Islam faith. Believed by Muslims to be a prophet and messenger of God, Muhammad is almost universally considered by Muslims as the last prophet sent by God to mankind. While non-Muslims generally regard Muhammad as the founder of Islam, Muslims consider him to have restored the unaltered original monotheistic faith of Prophet Adam, Prophet Abraham, Prophet Moses, Prophet Jesus, and other prophets. Prophet Muhammad SAW was orphaned at an early age; he was raised under the care of his paternal uncle Abu Talib. After his childhood Muhammad primarily worked as a merchant. Occasionally he would retreat to a cave in the mountains for several nights of seclusion and prayer; later, at age 40, he reported at this spot, that he was visited by Gabriel and received his first revelation from God. Three years after this event prophet Muhammad SAW started preaching these revelations publicly, proclaiming that "God is One." Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, is the man beloved by more than 1.2 billion Muslims. He is the man who taught us patience in the face of adversity, and taught us to live in this world but seek eternal life in the hereafter. It was to Prophet Muhammad that God revealed the Quran. Along with this Book of guidance God sent Prophet Muhammad, whose behavior and high moral standards are an example to us all. Prophet Muhammad's life was the Quran. He understood it, he loved it and he lived his life based on its standards. He taught us to recite the Quran, to live by its principles and to love it. When Muslims declare their faith in One God, they also declare their belief that Muhammad is the slave and final messenger of God. Prophet Muhammad taught us to love God and to obey Him. He taught us to be kind to each other, to respect our elders, and care for our children. He taught us that it was better to give than to receive and that each human life is worthy of respect and dignity. He taught us to love for our brothers and sisters what we love for ourselves. Prophet Muhammad taught us that families and communities are essential, and he pointed out that individual rights although important are not more important than a stable, moral society. Prophet Muhammad taught us that men and women are equal in the sight of God and that no one person is better then another except in respect to his or her piety and devotion to God.
