In "The Threefold State" and other writings, Rudolf Steiner has outlined in some detail the way in which the three departments of social life can work together, bringing about the proper circulation of Capital and distribution of Credit. Far from being tied down to bureaucratic regulations and committees, the administration of Capital is actually brought within the sphere of free spiritual activity. This however is only possible when there exists an independent political life of rights with power to prevent the usurpation of this spiritual freedom for purposes of private gain alone.
