William, along with his new friend, are captured and forced to train for battle in the great ball courts of Tula. The games are a mighty spectacle, not unlike the entertainments of ancient Rome.Only a strong and courageous man and a determined woman can win over the forces gathered to destroy them. They must navigate through this alien world and forge a new life together. Can they succeed?
