Book Maintaining the Right Attitude in the Last Minute The Essence of Life

Download or read book Maintaining the Right Attitude in the Last Minute The Essence of Life written by Bantar Shey and published by Independently Published. This book was released on 2019-01-03 with total page 100 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Man has a sophisticated manner of examination. His mind draws him to a place of comfort and at the same may draw him to the place of agony. This book helps bring about man's attitude in relation to his environment, people and also, God Almighty. Most of these outward expressions are actually what is nursed within. Attitude is everything. It affects character in ways we can't really imagine. Following man's behavioural pattern, the elements which give him attitudes, is practically everything. What we consider as attitude, is what the Divine considers as "nature." Every attitude you see in this book has to do with nature, that is who we are an in most cases, who we become in the end. Love being the alpha attitude is what we need as a consciousness of our nature to live in accordance with Abba (FATHER). Unforgiveness can cause a cancer in a family, in a union, among brethren in Christ and anywhere in the world. A lot of people claim to be hurt and deliberately decide not to forgive brethren or comrade and they live like that for years with themselves. When they see those who offended them they become furious and sometimes transfer aggression. But we forget we have a Heavenly Father who lives in us and knows all things. We hardly see that we have offended God but worry about those who has offended us. God forgives both you and your offender but u got to let go. We need to be conscious of our attitude of forgiveness to save homes and make the world a better place.Love is that attitude that always brings peace and makes a people stronger than what they were. We have forgotten that God is Love and he who knows not love knows not God. This attitude breaks the ice for all to live in harmony. It births a new you.- Can we leave in this Earth realm without being thought and without us studying?- Can love actually birth peace in a man's character and Leave in peace with God?- Will an unforgiving heart bring genuine unity? Our attitudes define who we are. With man we ought to be Righteous in attitude but with God Almighty our attitudes ought to reflect Godliness.

  • ISBN : 1461247942

Download or read book The Expression of Attitude written by J. Richard Eiser and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2012-12-06 with total page 91 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Expression of Attitude deals with a number of broad but interrelated questions: what are attitudes, how do they relate to behavior, how are they acquired, and in what ways can they be shared? The author argues that consistency, within attitude structure and between attitudes and behavior, arises primarily from interpersonal rather than intrapersonal processes. Emphasis is placed on how people interpret behavior as an expression of attitude, and what they demand of such behavior before they treat it as decodable in a particular way.

Book The Essence of Tibetan Buddhism

Download or read book The Essence of Tibetan Buddhism written by Lama Thubten Yeshe and published by Lama Yeshe Wisdom Archive. This book was released on 2012-06-14 with total page 84 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The first teaching, "The Three Principal Aspects of the Path," was given in France in 1982. The second teaching, an "Introduction to Tantra," also in two parts, was given at Grizzly Lodge, California, in 1980. It comprises the first two lectures of a commentary on the Chenrezig yoga. "Meditation is not on the level of the object but on that of the subject - you are the business of your meditation. "Bodhicitta is very practical, I tell you. It’s like medicine. The self-cherishing thought is like a nail or a sword in your heart; it always feels uncomfortable. With bodhicitta, from the moment you begin to open, you feel incredibly peaceful and you get tremendous pleasure and inexhaustible energy. Forget about enlightenment - as soon as you begin to open yourself to others, you gain tremendous pleasure and satisfaction. Working for others is very interesting; it’s an infinite activity. Your life becomes continuously rich and interesting. "Historically, Shakyamuni Buddha taught the four noble truths. To whose culture do the four noble truths belong? The essence of religion has nothing to do with any one particular country's culture. Compassion, love, reality - to whose culture do they belong? The people of any country, any nation, can implement the three principal aspects of the path, the four noble truths or the eightfold path. There's no contradiction at all." This book is made possible by kind supporters of the Archive who, like you, appreciate how we make these teachings available in so many ways, including in our website for instant reading, listening or downloading, and as printed and electronic books. Book Design Attitude

Download or read book Design Attitude written by Kamil Michlewski and published by Routledge. This book was released on 2016-03-09 with total page 263 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Design Attitude is a book for those who want to scratch beneath the surface and explore the impact design and designers have in organisations. It offers an alternative view on the sources of success and competitive advantage of companies such as Apple, where design plays a leading role. It sheds light on the cultural dynamics within organisations, where professional designers have a significant presence and influence. At its heart, the book asks a question: what is the nature of designers’ contribution that is truly unique to them as professionals? To answer this deceptively simple question the author combines a multitude of hours of ethnographic study inside the design community; in-depth interviews with executives and designers from Apple, IDEO, Wolff Olins, Philips Design, and Nissan Design; and a follow-up quantitative study. Since the author comes from a management and not a design background, the book offers a different perspective to most publications in the area of Design Thinking. It is a mirror held up to the community, rather than a voice from within. Design Attitude makes the compelling argument that looking at the type of the culture designers produce, rather than the type of processes or products they create, is potentially a more fruitful way of profiling the impact of design in organisations. With design being recognised as an important strategic framework by companies, not-for-profit organisations, and governments alike, this book is a distinct and timely contribution to the debate.

Book Attitude Structure and Function

Download or read book Attitude Structure and Function written by Anthony R. Pratkanis and published by Psychology Press. This book was released on 2014-03-18 with total page 477 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Utilizing "new wave" research including new psychological theories, new statistical techniques, and a stronger methodology, this collection unites a diversity of recent research perspectives on attitudes and the psychological functions of an attitude. The objective of the editors was to bring together the bits and pieces of validated data into one systematic and adequate set of general principles leading to the view of attitudes as predictions. As the volume reformulates old concepts, explores new angles, and seeks a relationship among various sub-areas, it also shows improvements in the sophistication of research designs and methodologies, the specifications of variables, and the precision in defining concepts.

His Holiness offers a beautiful elucidation of the three aspects of the path: true renunciation and the wish for freedom, the altruistic awakening mind (bodhichitta), and the correct view of emptiness.
