If any slips are to be found, pray do not believe that it is due to negligence on my part, but simply to the fact that this is my first attempt in writing publicly in a language that differs from my own, both in origin and race. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured pre-tested questionnaire administered on 40 farmer respondents selected randomly. Gross margin analysis, profitability index and the benefit-cost ratio (B-C ratio) were used to analyze the production economics of coffee in the study area.
