Two tests perfectly similar in substance or the essential nature of the tasks to be executed were constructed, one in the completions form and the other in the questions form. No group factor was introduced by the similarity of substance. Hence, it was concluded that form was more effective than substance. This jibes with Findley's con elusion; but it conflicts with Stephenson's findings.
