The World had their answer. America was for real. Our Leaders, following the founders, came to believing they to be the top dog in the overall scheme of things. Our Governors knowing no better...allowed it to happen.. First to read the Federalists Papers after the Founders, evidently was President Lincoln. He was assassinated for speaking about what he read. No; he could not stop the Civil War; nor did he cause it. He was assassinated because he spoke of what he learned reading the Federalists Papers; saying what needed to be done when the War was over, to get us back on the correct path. I dare say, today our leaders haven't a clue.
