Made some very fine bows but was not equal. Tournatoris. French. Latter part of last century. Tourte. Eighteenth century, Paris. One of the best bow makers of the older type, chiefly known as the father of Francois Tourte. Tourte, Savere. Eldest son of the preceding and called " Tourte-l'aine," Paris. Tourte, Francois, Paris.
