But one of the objections is that the plaintiff in obtaining this order did not disclose any or any suliicient facts to show that the action would be defeated unless the defendant were forthwith apprehended. The aflidavit upon which the order was obtained showed that the defendant was indebted to the plaintiff in a certain sum for principal and interest...
