Male and female, he created, blessed them and named them humankind (Gen 1:5). Creation belongs to the will of God and not man. God did not make the decisions with the counsel of Angels. God states the men are like us (Gen3:2) At tower of babel, God went and confused their language and scatter humankind on face of the earth (Gen 11:7).
