Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is the mirror to my soul. It tells about how I felt when certain things came into my life. It also explains how I saw the things that God the Father created. It is a depiction of my feelings when I received the Spirit of the Lord and let Him lead me down the path of righteousness. I have been writing this book for over twenty years. It did not start out as a book, I first was just writing down my spiritual thoughts that the spirit told me to write in journals that I kept. The Spirit of the Lord would wake me from a sound sleep and through thoughts put these words into my head. My children are the ones who encouraged me to turn these writings into a book. I thought that was flattering and I considered doing so, but the spirit did not give me the go head until now. I guess He was not through telling me what to write. I kept reading my bible and going to church and getting closer and closer to my savior Jesus Christ. I literal fell in love with God the father and Jesus Christ the son. When I received the Holy Spirit I didnt know what was happening to me. I felt a burning sensation, as if I was on fire and I saw red when I closed my eyes. I went into a deep sleep and when I awaken in the morning I felt brand new. I wanted to pick up the bible and start reading what thus sayeth the Lord. That was the best feeling I have ever had, not even when I gave birth to my two children, did I feel that sensation. Getting to know God and feeling His spirit within you is the greatest feeling in the world. I was taught who God the father is and why Jesus was sent to die for us. I learned how to live a peaceful and joyous life and to keep them both in my sight, so that when I came to the light I could follow them. I was taught that I could receive eternal life, if I keep the faith, believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Confess that He died for my sins and turn from my wicked ways; be water baptized and spirit filled, than I would be saved. This is a wonderful feeling to have. I hope I give whoever reads this word inspiration to get to know the Father God and the son Jesus Christ the anointed one and let the spirit come in and have His will so that you too can experience the same feeling that I have.

Book Nashville Radio

    Book Details:
  • Author : Jon Langford
  • Publisher : Verse Chorus Press
  • Release : 2006-03
  • ISBN : 1891241192
  • Pages : 146 pages

Download or read book Nashville Radio written by Jon Langford and published by Verse Chorus Press. This book was released on 2006-03 with total page 146 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Beyond his work as a musician, Jon Langford has attracted attention as a visual artist in recent years. Nashville Radio is the first collection of his art. It reproduces 215 paintings, as well as song lyrics and autobiographical writings. The book includes a CD of Langford performing 18 of the printed songs. Langford's "song-paintings" fuse portraiture with imagery derived from folk art, Dutch still life, classic Western wear, and the cold, cold war--all instilled with his trademark sardonic wit. He applies this distinctive style to the depiction of American musical icons like Bob Wills, Hank Williams, and Johnny Cash, but also to more ghostly, marginal figures--blindfolded cowboys, astronauts, and dancers--who are jerked around by success and exploitation, fame and neglect. Underlying his work is a deep love of musical lore, twinned with fierce opposition to the death-dealing tendencies in the culture of his adopted homeland, from the killing off of authentic popular music by mass-marketed drivel to the embrace of capital punishment as a response to social ills. Langford's work offers an alternative perspective, recalling "a time when great visionaries and pioneers thrived at the heart of the mainstream--and the lid wasn't on so tight."

Download or read book The Witches from the Other Side of Hell written by Dallas Dwayne Conn and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2016-04-23 with total page 182 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Witches from the Other Side of Hell Dallas Dwayne Conn This story is full of witches and the evil spells that they cast in behalf of their lord, the devil. The more evil that they are able to do, the more power that the devil gives to them. They sacrifice anyone and everyone that they can to get the devils blessing. The more that the devil likes them, the stronger they shall become. When the people in this story run into two witches that are really old, they learn that the older the witch is, the more powerful she becomes. The warrior is sent out by God and one of his angels to destroy the witches. That doesnt mean that his job is going to be easy just because God and an angel are on his side. The way that the witches use their evil magic to do their sacrifices is graphic, and it goes into full detail of the skinning and the bloodletting. Evil witches are deceivers of men, and that is why God picks one man to become a warrior for him. The warrior uses his faith in God to gain strength and wisdom to fight the battle between good and evil, the fight between the good light and the darkness. Who will win this fight to the death is in this book of evil and good magic. Everything comes with a price, and you will be left asking yourself if you have what it takes to make the right call. The warrior is wearing his costume, and it will give him great power. What will you use to defeat the evil that the witches from the other side of hell throw at you?

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A chronicle of lived experience, this astonishing book is a biographical exposé, its ultimate theme the great battle of the last days, the final war between God and the Devil. Drawing on her journals, Valerie tells how, at the height of a successful career as writer and actress, she suddenly disappeared. An innocent seeker of God, unaware of the pitfalls, or the unrelenting opposition of the devil, Valerie had strayed into an Indian sect where its female guru, learning of her vocation to ‘write a book for God’, feared her as a potential whistleblower. Vowing to 'stop Valerie writing', she attacks her with magic and occult powers. Now, the writing of the book itself becomes the battlefield. Converted to Catholicism and escaped to France, Valerie is helped by an exorcist. And God, giving her the added vocation to pray for souls lost in sects, comes to her in the Eucharist, fighting alongside, granting moments lifted into bliss and finally breaking the bondage. Thirty years on, the past erased, experience with Valerie the inside story.
