Dans une seconde partie, notre recherche électronique nous aura permis d'identifier tous les essais cliniques évaluant les différentes techniques et les différents bio-matériaux d'aménagement osseux en pré-et per- implantaire, publiés au cours des 5 dernières années, et de les comparer en termes d'efficacité clinique. C'est ainsi, qu'en étudiant et mettant en parallèle les résultats de toutes les études que l'on aura pu sélectionner, on essaiera de tirer des conclusions pertinentes quant à l'utilisation de ces greffes et biomatériaux.
