Chapter 9 deals with Leader Standard work & Gemba walk which also contains some behavioral aspects for managers dealing with 5'S' as well as lean journey. The servant leadership helps establish positive leadership for senior management teams. Daily Accountability Board & use of task cards is also explained. The sharing is purely based on my actual experience of 29 years in Industries as an employee & 14 tears training & consulting in area of Lean Transformation.
