Let rise until double in size. Push down and form into 2 leaves. Let rise again until doubled in size and nicely rounded. Bake in 3500 oven for 30 minutes. Brush tops with honey and return to oven for a few minutes. (if raisins pop out of dough after rising, push them back gently so they will not burn during baking.)
