Tornato a Ferrara e caduto in disgrazia 'del suo principe visitò le corti di Mantova, di Firenze e di Urbino. Essendo egli di umore alquanto difficile e fastidioso, c'induco a credere che se in tanti e si spessi cambiamenti ebbe qualche parte l'insta bilità delle corti, molta ancora ne avesse la naturale sua inco stanza.
