This book was released on 2019-08-29 with total page 112 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. While it’s up to you to decide which version to believe, this book shows that both explanations are remarkably similar as the same events had to occur with both. Earl Thomas O’Farrell draws on his decades of experience as a researcher of religious beliefs, astrophysical theories, and the cosmology of the universe to examine the spiritual and scientific beginnings of the universe, the importance of magnetism, what the Big Bang created, the significance of the Higgs Boson, and the evolutionary process of energy matter. He also examines the theories of scientists such as Albert Einstein, where dark matter and dark energy come from (and how they work), celestial matter, and the creation of space, time, and light. Take a big step forward in understanding the world and decide for yourself the role God plays in our lives—if any—with the facts and insights in this book that explores the origins of the universe.

In The Spirit of Creation Amos Yong demonstrates that pentecostal thought does indeed have merit in scientific contexts. What s more, he argues that pentecostal-charismatic views regarding the dynamic presence and activity of the Spirit of God and the pluralistic cosmology of many spirits have something important to add to the broad discussion now taking place at the crossroads of science and religion. Download or read book Symphonies of Creation written by Oskar Kürten and published by Temple Lodge Publishing. This book was released on 2018-10-10 with total page 186 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: ‘No true understanding of the world is possible without an understanding of the elementary kingdoms.’ – Oskar Kürten A hidden gem for students of Rudolf Steiner’s spiritual-scientific research, Symphonies of Creation offers a breathtaking overview of the physical and metaphysical development of the world and humanity. In describing the elementary kingdoms, Kürten elucidates the exalted spiritual realms out of which all creation has arisen. These are the formative forces that provide successive life-waves of being with the subtle and physical forms through which their evolution becomes possible. He traces the beginnings of creation – an unformed ‘thought seed’ in the elementary kingdoms that is elaborated by hierarchical beings at all levels, through the planes of the spiritual, soul and physical worlds – to the manifold and evolving aspects of the human being. What emerges is a picture of astonishing complexity and beauty in which all spiritual beings connected with the earth, from the highest to the lowest, work together in symphonic harmony. Rudolf Steiner spoke on many occasions and in different places of these elementary kingdoms and the multiple processes that take place within them. Kürten has sought out these references, meditated on their content and re-presents it here in an inwardly coherent synthesis. Even for those who have been studying anthroposophy for decades, this book can offer startlingly fresh insights. Symphonies of Creation is the life’s work of a man who, due to severe deafness, led a retiring existence. His inner work, however, was full of life – the results of which are presented in this inspiring study.

Book The Seven Cosmic Worlds

  • Publisher : Trafford Publishing
  • Release : 2020-08-03
  • ISBN : 149078456X
  • Pages : 301 pages

Download or read book The Seven Cosmic Worlds written by William E. Camilleri and published by Trafford Publishing. This book was released on 2020-08-03 with total page 301 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Seven Cosmic Worlds is a book based on the true cosmology of the spiritual and physical universe from when time was created by the archai, arch spirits of the hierarchies of the ultimate spiritual light of the ultimate beings that make up the Almighty God and His identity and how He created mankind and all the heavenly bodies. All other cosmologies that have taken away the source of all creation, all life, are empty in comparison to this description of the face of God Himself. It shows in this book that a mind beyond billions of years of thoughts of compassion and love created every molecule in every human being’s heart that has learned to love God in the way God loves mankind in every person that seeks God, and His love knows this Truth. The author has developed a unique channeling process that speaks directly from a historical personality. For example, Jesus of Nazareth in the cosmic world light shield where the author speaks through the narration of the book based on King James New Testament Bible. Also, the author has been able to channel the spirit of the Archangel Michael so much so that the visions through the images of this spiritual being are identical to the angelic personality described in the Bible. Hence, the author’s unique channeling process is presented graphically (both spiritual beings speaking to each other) describing how God created the cosmos.

Book Making Spirits

Download or read book Making Spirits written by Diana Espirito Santo and published by Bloomsbury Publishing. This book was released on 2013-07-15 with total page 272 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The analysis of religion has often placed an emphasis on beliefs and ideologies, prioritizing these elements over those of the material world. Through the ethnographic analysis of a variety of contemporary religious practices, Making Spirits questions the presumed separation of spirit and matter, and sheds light on the dynamics between spiritual and material domains. By examining the cultural contexts in which material culture is central to the creation and experience of religion and belief, this volume analyses the different ways in which the concepts of the material and spiritual worlds intersect, interact and inform each other in the reproduction of religious rites. Using examples such as spirit mediums, fetishes and ritual objects across a variety of cultures such as Latin America, Japan and Central Africa, Nico Tassi and Diana Espirito Santo offer insights that challenge accepted categories in the study of religion, making this book important for scholars of comparative religion, anthropology and sociology.

Book Chosen by the Spirits

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: • Mongolian shamaness Sarangerel provides a hands-on guide for serious students of the shamanic path. • Includes complete directions for traditional Siberian rituals, meditations, and divination techniques never before published. • Shows how to recognize and acknowledge a call from the spirits. • Offers traditional wisdom for nurturing a working relationship with personal spirit helpers to promote healing and balance in a community. The shaman's purpose is to heal and restore balance to his or her community by developing a working relationship with the spirit world. Mongolian shamanic tradition maintains that all true shamans are called by the spirits--but those who are not from shamanic cultures may have difficulty recognizing the call or nurturing the essential shamanic relationship with their helper spirits. Buryat shamaness Sarangerel has written Chosen by the Spirits as a guide for both the beginning shaman and the advanced practitioner. Although raised in the United States, she was drawn to the shamanic tradition, and in 1991 returned to her ancestral homeland in the Tunken region of southern Siberia to study with traditional Buryat shamans. Her first book, Riding Windhorses, provided an introduction to the shamanic world of Siberia. Chosen by the Spirits delves more deeply into the personal relationship between the shamanic student and his or her "spirit family." Sarangerel recounts her own journey into shamanic practice and provides the serious student with practical advice and hands-on techniques for recognizing and acknowledging a shamanic calling, welcoming and embodying the spirits, journeying to the spirit world, and healing both people and places.

Book A Year to Live

Book excerpt: “Stephen Levine has worked creatively to help thousands of people approach their own deaths with equanimity, truth, and an open heart. I can think of no one better qualified to help us enrich our lives through embracing the mystery of death.”—Ram Dass “A Year to Live is a poetic and deeply passionate exploration into what creates human suffering. It is also a lyrical and generous-spirited guide to life.”—San Francisco Examiner In A Year to Live, Stephen Levine, author of the perennial bestseller Who Dies?, teaches us how to live each moment, each hour, each day mindfully—as if it were all that was left. On his deathbed, Socrates exhorted his followers to practice dying as the highest form of wisdom. Levine decided to live this way himself for a whole year, and now he shares with us how such immediacy radically changes our view of the world and forces us to examine our priorities. Most of us go to extraordinary lengths to ignore, laugh off, or deny our grief over the fact that we are going to die, but preparing for death is one of the most rational and rewarding acts of a lifetime. It is an exercise that gives us the opportunity to deal with unfinished business and enter into a new and vibrant relationship with life. Levine provides us with a year-long program of intensely practical strategies and powerful guided meditations to help with this work, so that whenever the ultimate moment does arrive for each of us, we will not feel that it has come too soon.

Book Creation and Christology

Download or read book Creation and Christology written by Masanobu Endo and published by Mohr Siebeck. This book was released on 2002 with total page 324 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Since previous scholarship has searched for figures equivalent to the personified Logos in the Johannine Prologue, scholars have often ignored the context of which the Genesis creation account is the center. Masanobu Endo examines that reference to the Genesis creation account as it appears in contexts where the unique identity of God is maintained. In eschatological contexts the realization of eschatological salvation is strongly expected on the grounds of the sovereignty of God, which is known in his work of creation. This observation of the theological function of the Genesis creation account in the Second Temple period may shed light on the question of why reference is made to the Genesis creation account in the Johannine prologue. What this means is that the descriptions of the identity of the Word (the Son) in the Johannine prologue were made on the grounds of Jewish monotheistic speculation about the identity of God the Creator.
