Book The Divine Matrix

Download or read book The Divine Matrix written by Gregg Braden and published by Hay House, Inc. This book was released on 2008-01-01 with total page 258 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The New York Times best-selling author of The God Code and Resilience from the Heart Are the miracles that we see in the quantum world actually showing us our greatest possibilities rather than our scientific limits? Could the spontaneous healing of disease, an instant connection with everyone and everything, and even time travel, be our true heritage in the universe? There is a place where all things begin, the place of pure energy that simply “is.” In this quantum incubator for reality, everything is possible. In 1944, Max Planck, the father of quantum theory, shocked the world by saying that this “matrix” is where the birth of stars, the DNA of life, and everything between originates. Recent discoveries reveal dramatic evidence that Planck’s matrix—The Divine Matrix—is real. It is this missing link in our understanding that provides the container for the universe, the bridge between our imagination and our reality, and the mirror in our world for what we create in our beliefs. To unleash the power of this matrix in our lives, we must understand how it works and speak the language that it recognizes. For more than 30 years, Gregg Braden, a former senior aerospace computer systems designer, has searched for the understanding to do just that. From the remote monasteries of Egypt, Peru, and Tibet to the forgotten texts that were edited by the early Christian church, the secret of the Divine Matrix was left in the coded language of our most cherished traditions. It is verified in today’s science. In this paradigm-shattering book, Gregg shares what he’s found. Through 20 keys ofconscious creation, we’re shown how to translate the miracles of our imagination into what is real in our lives. With easy-to-understand science and real-life stories, Gregg shows us that we’re limited only by our beliefs, and what we once believed is about to change!

Book Intelligence and Spirit

Download or read book Intelligence and Spirit written by Reza Negarestani and published by MIT Press. This book was released on 2018-11-27 with total page 591 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A critique of both classical humanism and dominant trends in posthumanism that formulates the ultimate form of intelligence as a theoretical and practical thought unfettered by the temporal order of things. In Intelligence and Spirit Reza Negarestani formulates the ultimate form of intelligence as a theoretical and practical thought unfettered by the temporal order of things, a real movement capable of overcoming any state of affairs that, from the perspective of the present, may appear to be the complete totality of history. Intelligence pierces through what seems to be the totality or the inevitable outcome of its history, be it the manifest portrait of the human or technocapitalism as the alleged pilot of history. Building on Hegel's account of Geist as a multiagent conception of mind and on Kant's transcendental psychology as a functional analysis of the conditions of possibility of mind, Negarestani provides a critique of both classical humanism and dominant trends in posthumanism. The assumptions of the former are exposed by way of a critique of the transcendental structure of experience as a tissue of subjective or psychological dogmas; the claims of the latter regarding the ubiquity of mind or the inevitable advent of an unconstrained superintelligence are challenged as no more than ideological fixations which do not stand the test of systematic scrutiny. This remarkable fusion of continental philosophy in the form of a renewal of the speculative ambitions of German Idealism and analytic philosophy in the form of extended thought-experiments and a philosophy of artificial languages opens up new perspectives on the meaning of human intelligence and explores the real potential of posthuman intelligence and what it means for us to live in its prehistory.

Download or read book San Spirituality written by David J. Lewis-Williams and published by Rowman Altamira. This book was released on 2004-08-20 with total page 295 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: At the intersection between western culture and Africa, we find the San people of the Kalahari desert. Once called Bushmen, the San have survived many characterizations_from pre-human animals by the early European colonials, to aboriginal conservationists in perfect harmony with nature by recent New Age adherents. Neither caricature does justice to the complex world view of the San. Eminent anthropologists David Lewis-Williams and David Pearce present instead a balanced view of the spiritual life of this much-studied people, examining the interplay of their cosmology, myth, ritual, and art. Integrating archaeological finds, historical accounts, ethnographic information, and interpretation of rock art, the authors discuss San cosmic geography, the role of shamans and mind-altering substances, the ritual of the trance dance, the legends reproduced on stone, and other intriguing accounts of other-worldly experiences. From this, Lewis-Williams and Pearce illuminate the world view of the San, how it plays out in their society, and how it has been challenged and altered by the modern world. For students of anthropology, archaeology, religion, and African studies, this volume will be essential and fascinating reading.

Book excerpt: In The Divine Reality, (Newly Revised Edition 2019) Hamza Andreas Tzortzis provides a compelling case for the rational and spiritual foundations of Islam, whilst intelligently and compassionately deconstructing atheism. Join him on an existential, spiritual and rational journey that articulates powerful arguments for the existence of God, the Qur'an, the Prophethood of Muhammad and why we must know, love and worship God. Does hope, happiness and human value make sense without the Divine?Do we have an ultimate purpose? Can we have consciousness and rational minds without God?Did the universe come from nothing?Does evil and suffering negate Divine mercy?Has scientific progress led to the denial of God?Are revelation and prophethood myths? Is God worthy of our worship? If you want to know how the Islamic intellectual and spiritual tradition answers these questions then this is the book for you.Hamza Andreas Tzortzis's new book presents a much needed comprehensive account of Islamic theism that draws upon Western and Islamic thought. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: OVERVIEW All volumes of The Equilibrium Texts are primers. Their only objective is to prime the pump; not fill the bucket. That’s the reader’s challenge and responsibility. This volume on GOD is the culmination of fifty years of reflection, introspection and experience that brought about this treatise concerning God. It is the author’s concentration on the subject of religion that was brought about by three non-eventful interactions that led him to develop The Equilibrium Texts in general and this volume on GOD in particular. The first was his mother’s unclear and unfulfilling answer to the question, “What’s the purpose of religion?” Her response was, “It’s a way of life.” The second was his English teacher’s snide remark in response to his assigned written philosophy about God, “My, aren’t you being superior to judge!” And the third was from a Catholic Navy chaplain in response to two questions, “Do you believe that God is a being?” He answered, No! “Then why did you deliver a sermon as if He was?” His response was, “Because, it’s the only form of language that some people understand.” It was due to these three semi-related encounters that stimulated the endeavor to discern what significance the concept of God held. This work leads from God, to G-d, to GOD; the culmination of the search for GOD’s cosmological meaning.

Book King James Demonology

Download or read book King James Demonology written by King James and published by Simona Rich. This book was released on 2017-01-10 with total page 62 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is the modern English translation of Demonologie by King James. Editor's Preface: The reason I translated this text into modern English is because most people wouldn’t bother to read this text in archaic English. I think it’s important to know the contents of this booklet as it can give a great insight into the things we see happening today and what we should be aware of. Although modern science, which in the Bible is said to be “falsely so called” (1 Timothy 6 20) got many convinced that such things as spirits don’t exist, my personal experience absolutely proves such claims to be wrong, and I’m not alone in this. Many other people were also saved by Jesus from such dangerous occult practices like Hinduism and meditation after their realization that these are the traps set by Satan to get one totally demonized and sent to hell - just check YouTube Jesus testimonials for a proof. Because of my own experiences I know that what King James writes about is true. I’m not saying I have experienced everything he describes, but the things that he writes about which I have personally experienced are absolutely true, so it’s very likely that the rest of what he says about Satan and evil spirits is true also. For most people the claims of this booklet will be too fantastic to believe, and I understand this. But for those who got burnt by the occult, whether being engaged in reiki, palmistry, astrology, Wicca, chanting or any other such practices, and know the reality of spirits, this booklet will, I believe, be very helpful indeed, as it describes the operation of evil spirits and their master Satan. Lastly, I hope you won’t be put off by several references to the lesser intelligence of women in this booklet. This booklet was written in 1597, and at that time women weren’t employed but were destined to become housewives; so like I see in India today (where I live) many women are less intelligent than men due to their lack of education and their focus being only on family and marriage; so I understand why such prejudice was common at that early time in England and Scotland. From the text it’s easy to tell that King James was influenced by Calvinism which I don’t support, just to let you know. For example, he was of the opinion that only the elect could be saved. So I’m highlighting this fact so as to make you aware that I’m of a different opinion, yet I still support this work as it contains much useful information, though it doesn’t mean that I agree with everything it has to say about Christianity. To make it easier to understand this work I’ve modernized the language, simplified certain sayings, shortened some sentences, divided some long paragraphs, and researched more into particular spirits and their actions so that you understand better what King James means in certain passages. (My notes are distinguished from the main work.) Since this document was written in archaic English and Scottish languages, it took me a while to understand some sentences and phrases, but I hope that I’ve translated everything correctly; when I really didn’t understand what was meant by some phrase (which happened a few times), I simply left the phrase as it was, so that not to accidentally change the meaning. Finally, you can read the original work in several online resources out of which I’ve found this most convenient: http://www.sacred-texts.com/pag/kjd/kjd04.htm. Kindest regards, Simona Rich

Book excerpt: New York Times Readers’ Pick: Top 100 Books of the 21st Century New York Times Bestseller A Summer Reading Pick for President Barack Obama, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg From a renowned historian comes a groundbreaking narrative of humanity’s creation and evolution—a #1 international bestseller—that explores the ways in which biology and history have defined us and enhanced our understanding of what it means to be “human.” One hundred thousand years ago, at least six different species of humans inhabited Earth. Yet today there is only one—homo sapiens. What happened to the others? And what may happen to us? Most books about the history of humanity pursue either a historical or a biological approach, but Dr. Yuval Noah Harari breaks the mold with this highly original book that begins about 70,000 years ago with the appearance of modern cognition. From examining the role evolving humans have played in the global ecosystem to charting the rise of empires, Sapiens integrates history and science to reconsider accepted narratives, connect past developments with contemporary concerns, and examine specific events within the context of larger ideas. Dr. Harari also compels us to look ahead, because over the last few decades humans have begun to bend laws of natural selection that have governed life for the past four billion years. We are acquiring the ability to design not only the world around us, but also ourselves. Where is this leading us, and what do we want to become? Featuring 27 photographs, 6 maps, and 25 illustrations/diagrams, this provocative and insightful work is sure to spark debate and is essential reading for aficionados of Jared Diamond, James Gleick, Matt Ridley, Robert Wright, and Sharon Moalem.
