Book The Dangers Of Eating Soy Foods Why You Should Never Eat Soy Foods The Long Term Effects Of Eating Soy Foods On Your Health How To Optimize Your Overall Health And The Myriad Of Simple To Prepare And Palatable Healthy Food Recipes For Longevity

Download or read book The Dangers Of Eating Soy Foods Why You Should Never Eat Soy Foods The Long Term Effects Of Eating Soy Foods On Your Health How To Optimize Your Overall Health And The Myriad Of Simple To Prepare And Palatable Healthy Food Recipes For Longevity written by Dr Harrison Sachs and published by . This book was released on 2021-05-12 with total page 162 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This essay sheds light on the dangers of eating soy foods, demystifies why you should never eat soy foods, and delineates the long term effects of eating soy foods on your health. Moreover, how to optimize your overall health is expounded upon in this essay. Moreover, the myriad of simple to prepare and palatable healthy food recipes for longevity are demystified and the plethora of deadly disease causing foods that you should always desist from ever considering devouring are revealed in this essay. Furthermore, how to substantially mitigate risks for succumbing to contracting lethal chronic diseases by embracing a salubrious, wholesome, heart healthy, brain healthy, kidney healthy, anticancer, antidiabetic, nutrient dense, alkaline, antioxidant rich, anti-inflammatory, raw fruitarian diet is expounded upon in this essay. The grave dangers of eating soy foods are often obscenely underestimated and blithely overlooked, especially since soy foods are high in allergen and can precipitate life threatening allergic reactions if you have severe food allergies to soy foods. If you have food allergies then the consumption of foods that are high in allergens can cause "swelling of the tongue, breath difficulties, hives, rashes, vomiting, and low blood pressure". In the utmost extreme cases, the consumption of foods that are high in allergens can trigger anaphylaxis if you have severe food allergies. Anaphylaxis can induce "throat swelling, weakness, dizziness, wheezing, abnormal heart rates, difficulty swallowing, abdominal pain, nausea, tingling hands, a runny nose, confusion", and other health issues. Anaphylaxis can also induce an anaphylactic shock. When you succumb to an anaphylactic shock as a result of having consumed foods that are high in allergens that you have severe food allergies to then you can wind up losing consciousness and possibly even losing your life prematurely. Succumbing to an anaphylactic shock "can block your airways and prevent you from breathing". Succumbing to an anaphylactic shock "can also stop your heart. This is due to the decrease in blood pressure that prevents the heart from receiving enough oxygen". Succumbing to an anaphylactic shock can result in causing "brain damage, kidney failure, cardiogenic shock, arrhythmias, a heart attack, or death". Having an anaphylactic shock can also result in succumbing to other undesirable health issues, such as "airway blockages, the loss of oxygen, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, severe swelling, abnormal heart rhythms, low blood pressure, wheezing, hives", and lethargy. Consuming foods that are high in allergens can be a calamitous recipe for succumbing to "brain damage, kidney failure cardiogenic shock, arrhythmias, heart attacks, or death" if you are severely allergic to them and wind up succumbing to the brunt of an anaphylactic shock as a result of consuming foods that are high in allergen which your body cannot handle ingesting. Losing consciousness and not being able to breath are also some of the other grave perils of succumbing to the brunt of an anaphylactic shock that can be precipitated by consuming foods that are high in allergen which you are severely allergic to. The perils of consuming foods that are high in allergens are multitudinous and can ultimately result in a person succumbing to a premature death if they have severe food allergies and experience an anaphylactic shock post consuming foods that are high in allergen which they are severely allergic to. The dangers of eating foods that are high in allergens are unequivocally multitudinous and eminently perilous to your overall health. If you have severe food allergies then the consumption of soy foods can trigger a severe allergic reaction. "A soy allergy is triggered by the proteins in soybeans and soybean products. In rare cases, a soy allergy can also cause anaphylaxis. If you have a soy allergy, the only treatment is the removal of soy from your diet".

Book The Autoimmune Fix

Download or read book The Autoimmune Fix written by Tom O'Bryan and published by Rodale. This book was released on 2016-09-20 with total page 354 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Do you have crud in the blood? Millions of people suffer from autoimmunity whether they know it or not. The root cause of most weight gain, brain and mood problems, and fatigue, autoimmunity can take years--or even decades--for symptoms and a clear diagnosis to arise. Through years of research, Dr. Tom O’Bryan has discovered that autoimmunity is actually a spectrum, and many people experiencing general malaise are already on it. And while autoimmune diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, osteoporosis, diabetes, and lupus, have become the third leading cause of death behind heart disease and cancer, many people affected are left in the dark. The good news is that many autoimmune conditions can be reversed through a targeted protocol designed to heal the autoimmune system, 70 percent of which is located in the gut. The Autoimmune Fix includes two comprehensive 3-week plans: In the first 3 weeks, you’ll follow a Paleo-inspired diet during which you cut out gluten, sweets, and dairy--the three primary culprits behind autoimmunity. Once the dietary changes have been addressed, The Autoimmune Fix focuses on the other causes of autoimmunity such as genetics, other dietary issues, and microbiome. The Autoimmune Fix provides a practical and much-needed guide to navigating these increasingly common conditions to help you feel better and develop a plan that works for you.
