Fed. and state agencies in the U.S. and in BC have participated in a coop. program to recover the WC. This report provides info. on: the amount and source of funds expended on the WC recovery program (RP); the results of the RP, incl. the outcome of efforts to augment the pop.; and the impact of the RP efforts on land use.
