This book was released on with total page 19 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Cut sets, decomposition theorem and representation theorem have a great influence on the realization of the transformation of fuzzy sets and classical sets, and the single-valued neutrosophic multisets (SVNMSs) as the generalization of fuzzy sets, which cut sets, decomposition theorem and representation theorem have the similar effects, so they need to be studied in depth. In this paper, the decomposition theorem, representation theorem and the application of a new similarity measures of SVNMSs are studied by using theoretical analysis and calculations. The following are the main results: (1) The notions, operation and operational properties of the cut sets and strong cut sets of SVNMSs are introduced and discussed; (2) The decomposition theorem and representation theorem of SVNMSs are established and rigorously proved.

Download or read book New distance and similarity measures of single value neutrosophic sets with application in multi criteria decision making written by Yameng Wang and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 16 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The processing of uncertainty information has gradually became one of the hot issues in arti cial intelligence eld, and the infor- mation measures of uncertainty information processing are of importance. Single value neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) provide us a exible mathematical framework to process uncertainty information. In this paper, we mainly consider the measures of SVNSs. The existing information measures mostly are constructed based on the two typical inclusion relations about single value neutrosopgic sets. However, there exist some practical problems that do not apply to the two typical inclusion relations. Therefore, there exists another inclusion relation which is called the type-3 inclusion relation about SVNSs.

Download or read book New multiparametric similarity measure and distance measure for interval neutrosophic set with IoT industry evaluation written by XINDONG PENG and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 24 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the epoch of Internet of Things (IoT), we are confronted five challenges (Connectivity, Value, Security, Telepresence and Intelligence) with complex structures. IoT industry decision making is critically important for countries or societies to enhance the effectiveness and validity of leadership, which can greatly accelerate industrialized and large-scale development. In the case of IoT industry decision evaluation, the essential problem arises serious incompleteness, impreciseness, subjectivity and incertitude. Interval neutrosophic set (INS), disposing the indeterminacy portrayed by truth membership T, indeterminacy membership I, and falsity membership F with interval form, is a more viable and effective means to seize indeterminacy.
Download or read book METHODS FOR SOLVING DECISION MAKING PROBLEMS UNDER UNCERTAIN ENVIRONMENT written by NANCY and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 309 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems are the imperative part of modern decision theory where a set of alternatives has to be assessed against the multiple influential attributes before the best alternative is selected. In a decision-making(DM) process, an important problem is how to express the preference value. Due to the increasing complexity of the socioeconomic environment and the lack of knowledge or the data about the DM problems, it is difficult for the decision maker to give the exact decision as there is always an imprecise, vague or uncertain information.
Download or read book Operators on Single Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Numbers and SVTN Group Decision Making written by Irfan Deli and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 20 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this paper, we first introduce single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic (SVTN) numbers with their properties. We then define some operations and distances of the SVTN-numbers. Based on these new operations, we also define some aggregation operators, including SVTN-ordered weighted geometric operator, SVTN-hybrid geometric operator, SVTN-ordered weighted arithmetic operator and SVTN-hybrid arithmetic operator. We then examine the properties of these SVTN-information aggregation operators. By using the SVTN-weighted geometric operator and SVTN-hybrid geometric operator, we also define a multi attribute group decision making method, called SVTN-group decision making method. We finally give an illustrative example and comparative analysis to verify the developed method and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Download or read book Algorithms for single valued neutrosophic decision making based on TOPSIS and clustering methods with new distance measure written by Harish Garg and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 23 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) is an important contrivance for directing the decision-making queries with unknown and indeterminant data by employing a degree of “acceptance”, “indeterminacy”, and “non-acceptance” in quantitative terms. Under this set, the objective of this paper is to propose some new distance measures to find discrimination between the SVNSs. The basic axioms of the measures have been highlighted and examined their properties. Furthermore, to examine the relevance of proposed measures, an extended TOPSIS (“technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution”) method is introduced to solve the group decision-making problems. Additionally, a new clustering technique is proposed based on the stated measures to classify the objects. The advantages, comparative analysis as well as superiority analysis is given to shows its influence over existing approaches.

Download or read book A Chi square Distance based Similarity Measure of Single valued Neutrosophic Set and Applications written by H.P. Ren and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 12 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The aim of this paper is to propose a new similarity measure of singlevalued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). The idea of the construction of the new similarity measure comes from Chi-square distance measure, which is an important measure in the applications of image analysis and statistical inference. Numerical examples are provided to show the superiority of the proposed similarity measure comparing with the existing similarity measures of SVNSs. A weighted similarity is also put forward based on the proposed similarity. Some examples are given to show the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed similarity in pattern recognition, medical diagnosis and multi-attribute decision making problems under single-valued neutrosophic environment.
